I would have given five SIX ! stars for the dental care... but. Dr. Morrison is fantastic - the root canal last February was painless, swift, and as I told him, almost pleasant. However, their billing dept failed to submit to my secondary insurance and I received a pretty nasty note demanding payment which was over 90 days due. Mind you, I never received a first invoice, nor any explanation as to why. I straightened out the billing situation today. I hope. UPDATE three months later: Still haven't submitted a claim to my insurance, didn't cash a $50 check I sent, sent another invoice for full amount. Phone doesn't answer, no call back. ZERO STARS.

The entire staff was kind and very friendly. Immediately put me at ease. Dr. Morrison is great! I also got to use my headphones to listen to music during my root canal procedure, which was a bonus.

Dr Morrison is a fantastic Endodontist . He is also personable and knowledgeable. H explains things well and makes certain the patient understands the procedure. In addition he is a great listener!

Very disappointed with bedside manner - information and discussion provided before and after wisdom tooth surgery was dated, lacking, rushed, not personalized. Would not recommend.

Metro Dental Specialty Burnsville does not have an Endo Dr at this time so had to make Consultation appointment in Richfield. I live in Apple Valley and would prefer to stay south of river. Had to wait 4 months to get an appointment. Hopefully they will be able to hire more Docs soon. Met with Dr. Morrison today in Richfield for a Consultation he was very thorough, pleasant and helped me decide what to do with a bad tooth. Thank you!

Going in I new that I was probably going to need a root canal. Dr Morrison explained thoroughly what that procedure would entail. I felt very confident in his assessment and the job he will perform.

I called for an emergency tooth extraction and had a referral from another metro dental. They told me they needed to see me first even though i had a referral. Was able to get in the next morning with a real dentalcare specialist. Tooth pulled with no problem.
