The only reason I am giving this clinic two stars is because Dr. Kalin Ngo works there now. She's 5-Stars. The office is ran terribly. I've left numerous messages trying to ask questions about a statement and NO ONE returns calls. So frustrating. As much as I love Dr Kalin (who I've seen for the past 7 years) I am going back to Savage Metro Dental.

Unsanitary and run down. Holes in the walls where things used to be mounted that are no longer there. Unprofessional. I had made appointments for my children in August of 2021 and the soonest they could get in was the end of January. I called the day of to confirm the appointment time to be told that they were not in the system and had no appointment. The receptionist said a text had been sent to cancel of which i have no record but I do have a text confirming the appointment on August 26th and confirming my personal appointment. No email was sent, no call was made, no message was left. They did not make any attempt to reschedule the cancelled appointment. They are a bunch of liars. I will not be back.

Great cleaning, good crown work previously, but staff turnover and reduced "open" hours is concerning.

This place used to be very good, but not anymore. My last visit yesterday was very disappointing. The dental cleaning caused my front tooth to be sensitive to hot and cold foods. It never had this problem before, but this last visit did more harm than good to my tooth. Also their dentists change all the time. Communication between dentist and patient was unclear and incomplete.

The dental work is poor quality. The dental work shattered in less than a year. They repaired it with superglue. It broke a second time 3 months later. Charged me $270.00, which I paid in full. Then a month later added an extra charge of $99.00 . They wrote it off and charged me again! I have repeatedly told them they are over charging. They refuse to reverse this charge. I agreed to $270.00. I signed that agreement and paid it. They are predatory in charging patients.

The people are really nice. But if you need anything other than a basic cleaning or a simple filling, they have to send you to Savage or somewhere else.

This was the first time being back since Covid19. I felt very comfortable and safe!! I also have to say that the hygienist Lindsay has the most delicate hands. She is simply amazing!!

My family and I have been going here for years and its been always the best experience. No waiting time and when they are available before your appt time they call you to come in earlier if you want. Best service and best people

You have hard time getting them on the phone and answer any questions. Appointments are always a few weeks far out when you call. If you need an emergency appointment, then forget about it!

I went for my first check up and cleaning. The hygienist told me that a full set of x-rays was covered by insurance every five years so I told her that was fine but then got a bill for $64. I called and they said it's not their responsibility to know what's covered by insurance. If it's not, she shouldn't have told me it was when she did it. I've received a letter telling me my bill was late even though the bill says it's not due for two weeks. I don't leave bad reviews but they have horrible customer service and are very disorganized.

Do not go here!! Very unprofessional. I went in for my scheduled appointment and they said that they canceled it due to me owing a little over $100 which I could've easily paid on the spot. They didn't notify me about the cancellation either. They also informed me that i can never be seen at Metro Dental again because of the balance. Their loss, I guess. I have excellent insurance that I'll be using elsewhere.

Date of Visit: 11/14/2018 - I've been visiting this place as a Dentist for a couple years now. The staff is friendly enough. The front desk lady currently matches my sarcastic sense of humor so that makes it inviting for me. The reason for my 3/5 star rating is simple: They changed my hygienist on me without notifying me that my "regular" girl had quit/retired/moved/etc. Really wish they would have notified me that I would no longer have the same individual; contemplating finding a new dentist office. Rating reduced to 1/5 because the hygienist "slipped" when grinding the plaque off my teeth and took out a chunk of my front tooth! Now I have an damaged front tooth and it is very unsightly. And of course, the hygienist didn't comment on it or apologize as I screamed out in pain.
