The dentist's themselves are absolutely lovely. But the desk staff us extremely rude, not willing to assist in any helpful way and talks to you extremely condescendingly. As much as i loved the dentist, after the experience i just went through I will never be returning here again.

Staff is Always on time for appointments. Very thorough cleaning teeth and giving tips and tricks to keep your teeth and gums looking there healthy best. The staff is alway very polite, high spirits and welcoming. Highly recommend Metro Dental Care in Roseville

It took 6 months to get an appointment for a cleaning. Then when I got there, they spent most of the time on x-rays and other things that were totally unnecessary. By the time they got to the cleaning part, the time was almost up, and she could only clean 1/4 of them. Now, they can't get me in till January to supposedly complete the job. Metro dental is one of the most disorganized places I've ever been to, and I suggest people, as I am, to look somewhere else for your dental care. p.s. my name is Michael, not Helen.

Both the dentist and dental assistant were friendly and made me feel comfortable as well as being very professional and doing their work well and efficiently. Check in and check out were as smooth as possible. Everyone was very friendly.
