So my visit was wonderful identus is always very efficient and professional and I really trust him the only problem I had I was on my head I was recommended a oral B electric toothbrush I can't even use it. It's worst product ever. The problem is I threw the Box away cause I was so excited to be able to have one so I paid all this money and I can't use it it hurts my teeth so bad and my gum's very bad product I would not suggest it again to anyone .

DONT ACCEPT INSURANCE THROUGH STATE...just Wish I didn't have to wait until after I took time off of work drove there waited in line completed paperwork to find that out.

For some inexplicable reason, they had me fill out 3 pages of "new patient" forms even though I'm an existing patient. I'm sure migrating to a new database is challenging, but try not to burden your patients with the task. I also had a new hygienist who wasn't an effective communicator and seemed to struggle with the routine cleaning. It also took 9 months to get an appointment. If this was my first experience, I'd have moved on by now.

Everyone was very friendly and professional, my hygienist Bailey was very gentle and thorough, and Dr. Benson was knowledgeable and kind. She addressed some questions I had and made good recommendations. I'll be going here as long as I am in the Twin Cities area!
