All around friendly staff front start to finish (front desk, hygienist and dentist). Appointment was timely with limited wait time. I'll be returning.

I had 2 crowns put on early in the morning on a Thursday. One came off about 3:00 pm same day. Called the office to get it reattached right away and they said we will get back to you. Never heard from them. Called next day which was Friday and got the same answer, we will get back to you. Never did hear back from them again. I was fortunate they had at least made an appointment for me on the first call, but it wasn't until the following Monday. 4 days without crowns is not acceptable, especially when it was their error that caused it.

We did not even show up for this appt and they asked us to post a review of how they did. Maybe pay attention to whether or not we actually show up first before asking us to review your business. Thats a start.

The dental assistant was great. He documented my tooth chip completely and showed me the pictures and gave me an explanation of what happened. The dentist did a quick exams and gave me options of solutions. I chose one and she worked on the chip area and it feels great. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

I've been going to Metro Dental for over 10 years. Over the last 3-4 years there's been constant churn of hygienists and dentists. Because the hygienists have their own schedule, when yours leaves you have to reschedule your appointments- they don't backfill. And the waits are often months out. It's really hard to get consistent care and to develop a relationship with your dentist when they are only there for a short time. As someone who has anxiety about dental care this creates dissatisfaction. I'm considering going to a smaller clinic so I can actually develop a relationship with my dental care team.

Metro Dental is first class for oral care. My dental hygienist is excellent as was the dental examination.

Great dental check-up. Sam was very courteous, professional, and thorough cleaning my teeth. Dr. Heidi was also very professional, courteous, and thorough checking my teeth. I couldn't ask for more!

Very happy with metro dental. Been going there for 6 years and love it. They make going to the dentist as pleasant as it can be. The hygienists are great and I'm just very happy I found them.

I always had positive experience with Metro Dental MG (MDMG) office until early 2022. I got an email and SMs notification early in the year few days before my appointment scheduled 3-4 months ago that it was cancelled due to the hygienist quitting on them. It is understandable that MDMG don't have control over employee turnover but where they should have stepped up and done better is to have looked up alternate dates or have another hygienist fill in to resolve the issue. Instead all that the notification said was that I call back and book an appointment. I explained my frustration via a feedback through the email and it was never responded to. I believe their service is good and staff are courteous but their customer scheduling process needs some TLC. It turns out from my appt today, due to the disruption of my cycle,I dont have my next appointment available until next Jan. Truly not a great place to be as a customer that has been with them for over a decade. I am happy to change my star level if they can find a way to resolve my situation.
