First of all...you're lucky if someone even answers the phone. However, when you do; hope you don't get the regular lady that stutters and has a bad case of amnesia as she literally forgets what you say after 15 seconds. Called to have a diagnosed issue fix, but instead they said "Well you're due for a cleaning so let's schedule that". That is fine, we can schedule that...but what about my actual issue with the tooth that I'm originally calling for? Why would I do a cleaning I have a current issue at hand that I am calling for? Besides incorrect record keeping, she did not want to help me resolve this issue but instead encouraged me to call the main line and make a new appointment starting from initial check-up visit instead despite their office already having diagnosed the issue. Dr. Louie is outstanding. Her staff, on the other hand, are like a bunch of circus clowns.

I love my dental hygienist, I love the dentist. My only complaint is that I was unable to schedule my next cleaning in 6 month as I always have in the past. I had to schedule my next appointment 8 months out because they were already booked. The hygienist apologized many times and it's not her fault, but it's disappointing when long time customers can't get appointments for their routine health exams.

Dr Louie and her staff are fabulous. Very kind, patient and caring. Whether it's a routine cleaning or restorative dental work, I wouldn't choose any one else. My family and I have seen her for many, many years.

I had chipped my tooth on a brownie I had at a restaurant. I called to see when I could get in and they said September 6th. Dr Louie looked at my tooth and said she could put a filling in and use composite to match my tooth color. I was amazed she could save the tooth without having to do a crown. I went in to have her look at it and she said she could do the filling that day. That is great customer service and a great Dental office. Metro Dental in Lakeville. Thank you.

I have been a long term patient and was turned away today when I arrived for my appointment. Metro Dental apparently has a "policy" requiring patients to be masked up. This IS NOT the state mandated policy, but just the policy of Metro Dental. The MDH gives dentists leeway to use their best judgement if a patient does not want to wear a mask, but I was turned away. This makes zero sense when a dentist is working in my mouth, without me wearing a mask. This is pure theater especially since the CDC guidelines have changed requiring vaccination and masking. Time to find a new dentist.

This location is the best! Friendly and good care. Shonna is our favorite hygienist and it's like visiting friends when we come here. Dr L has fit my best crowns and takes good care of us

I have been going to metro dental in burnsville then lakeville for at least 10 years. Dr Louie and Shonna her hygienist are wonderful, very professional and do sn awesome job taking care of me and my other 4 family members!

I have been to metro and have had crowns fillings done very personal staff very caring I went to another office temporarily because my daughter worked at dental off however now I am returning to dr Louie at metro ideklyic ave my daughter now has other plans and I decided to return to metro !

This location has been contacted numerous times regarding a credit that they were supposed to be issuing me from back in Feb, no one will call me back . Every time I talk with someone they state that the office manager has received my messages and should be getting back to me, but no response. I would not recommend this location. If I could do zero stars I would have.
