Apparently I'm "banned" bc my account was sent to collections for $69 I NEVER got a bill for almost 4 years ago. They won't even tell me what the $69 was for or what date the service I was supposedly charged for happened. All they'll tell me is it was sent to collections in Feb 2019. I offered to pay it, but they won't let me.

Renee the hygienist is so nice and thorough, had full X-rays and teeth cleaning. Dr. Christine Llena is terrific and gentile as well

I love this dental clinic. My dentist and dental hygienist are very understanding and always want you to feel comfortable. If you don't understand they will explain everything to you.

I had a tooth extraction. I was running late, and when I called to let them know, the staff was flexible enough to still fit me in without having to reschedule. The procedure went well. Dr. Kendara and Kris were able to remove my tooth without issue. I appreciate their explanations of the procedure as we went along. After the extraction, they also were able to inform me of issues I may encounter. Dr. Kendara called in my prescription so it was ready right away. Even though an extraction is an experience I'd like to avoid, Metro Dental of Cottage Grove provided me with the best possible care.

Everyone is very nice, and friendly, Dr. Cody is awesome he tells you what he's gonna do before he does it i really like that, if your looking for a great dental office this one is awesome, I like that fact that they are still following covid periodical, masks everything is cleaned.
