Efficient. Came in for a check up, cleaning and a plan. They had a cancelation and got 2 cavities filled too. If it's possible to love a dental office, why not this one? Thanks for taking such great care of me.

This was my first appointment at Metro Dental. The two women at the front desk were very friendly and professional. Allie was my tech & was also very professional. She didn't give me a fluoride treatment however. I think she forgot. No big deal.

I drove all the way to this Metro Dental location today, 10/25/2022, after calling the phone number associated with this profile yesterday, 10/24/2022, and getting estimated amounts of all costs associated with what work I figured I'd need done, which I was quoted for everything by a nice woman and then scheduled my appointment for today to get work done. When I was quoted over the phone, the work to be done and prices are as follows: 1. Exam: $70-$110 2. Xray: $40 3. Tooth Extraction: $230 (x2 bad teeth) (I have a bad #2 Molar that has some damage and that's causing pain on the upper right side of my mouth thats right next to the #1 Wisdom tooth that has no pain but has minor damage and I was considering having them both just pulled or extracted because the wisdom tooth isn't worth keeping and may as well just go now) The $230 per quoted tooth extracted over the phone, was the minimum cost for a simple extraction and the price could be higher due to complications but the woman on the phone didn't quote the high price although the price for a simple pull seemed so reasonable that I figured the high price would be better after the fact so I went to the appointment today and came to find out all prices for everything were higher than quoted or higher than I expected and I walked out after I paid for and got my Xray emailed to me, without getting the exam completed or teeth pulled. I didn't get my estimated cost shown to and explained to me until after the Xray. Right after the Xray, the Dentist reviewed the Xrays and must have added her idea of possible extraction methods and costs depending on all conditions of tooth and everything else she needs to consider. At that point I was shown the estimated costs and they are below: 1. Exam: $117 2. Xray: $44 3. Tooth Extraction: $467 (x2 bad teeth) Their was no mention on the estimate that they may only cost $230.00 each if they came out well, only the $467.00 if they had complications and maybe needed more work to get them removed as far as they tell you and make you believe. To me it seems as they just assumed it would cost $467 and not $230, however until you pull them you won't know, so quote me the highest but also the lowest, so I'm able to confirm something which I was quoted over the phone. I'm paying cash and definitely not broke, but I wouldn't even have gone here had I known the true costs of Exam and Xrays as they are higher than other places as well as won't go back here ever after walking out because all prices again, were higher than quoted and than expected. I like saving money, not paying anyone to do the same thing that I'd expect the same treatment that costs a lot less, all that extra money people spend adds up in the end. Also, as I was leaving with only getting the Xray and nothing else done, I was left believing they were calling me a liar, as they said they never give quotes over the phone although someone must have messed up and surely did quote me some certain prices. So this is a big corporate Dental Company for you, people not on the same page within the company and leave you feeling possibly like a liar and frustrated. I would seriously recommend visiting a small and local, one shop, moms and pops style Dental Clinic versus the types of large corporate shops like this. Never any Metro Dental Care or any Corporate Dental Shop for me ever again!

Best dental experience ever. The hygienist was new for me, and I was so impressed with her knowledge and level of care. I hope to have her from now on. I have some issues with my teeth, and she took the time to explain some options to me and gave me very good advice. I was extremely pleased with her and the care I received today!
