Metro Dentalcare is amazing when it comes to dealing with children. They were respectful, patient and understanding. Alecia struggled to get into the chair but by the time she was done she was asking to stay and to come back soon. I'm very impressed.

My son had his routine dentist appointment. The hygentist was flossing my sons teeth and he said it hurt. She said I know you have a tooth coming in there. The hygentist was flossing another area and my son said it hurt again and she said I know you have a tooth coming in there. There were no apologies or I'm sorry I hurt you neither of the 2 times. I'm not impressed.

I found the best Pediatric dentist in Minnesota and her name is Dr Alevizos, I have a four year old who needed plenty dental work done, the 1st dentist we saw recommended the job done under general anesthesia but I did not like that so I came to Dr Alevizos who examined my son and I shared my concerns with her about general anesthesia. Dr Alevizos came up with treatment plan for my son and the job was done, she got the cavities fixed, crowns placed, sealants in the molars, crown put in couple teeth and a bridge where one tooth had to be extracted. My son is a typical four year old , cannot stay still for 2 minutes, thank God for Dr Alevizos and her wonderful caring team they got the job done,nitrous oxide works and parents when you go in with your kids let the DR do her job the way she does best and youwill get the best results ,my son is now so happy, pain free living life. Dr Alevizos and her team you guys rock, you earned my trust and respect God bless you all. Grateful parent.

We have switched to this clinic a few months ago and we cannot be more happier with the switch! Dr. Alevizos made us feel included in our kids treatment plans. She takes pictures before, during and after to show her work. She had to redo all of our kids sealants because the other place messed it up pretty bad. Dr. Alevizos does a phenomenal job with sealants! I highly recommend! Make a switch for your family!

My 4 year son had an abscess on his gum that needed prompt treatment. I learned that It was due to a filling that another dentist had done in a way that is common but was not ideal a few years earlier. Dr Deanna Alevizos was amazing and accommodating. She answered my text message late at night when I was worried and she found a way to fit me in to her busy schedule the next day. She also is very kind and works so well with children. I think I could have avoided the problem with the filling if I had taken my son to her in the first place but I am glad I found her eventually and definitely highly recommend her.

Dr. Alevizos and her team are amazing! They are very sweet and personable. My 7 year old daughter needed some dental work, and they did an amazing job of calming her down and reassuring her that everything would be okay. My daughter loves going here! Definitely recommend!

Dr. Alevizos Thank you for the wonderful work on my son fillings on he's front teeth. The shade of white you used perfectly matches other teeth. The filling is not noticeable at all. Also, the office staff is very nice and helpful whenever I schedule appointments or questions. thank you you're the best.

Dr. Deanna Alevizos is wonderful with our child with special needs! She is patient and works quickly to do his checkup. Her staff are understanding and patient as well. We are grateful to have a great dentist close by to serve his needs.

I sure wish I would have read the reviews before taking my son. We left being told he had a bunch of cavities that needed hospital treatment, but because of x-rays not being completed, not sure how many and where. I cried for hours and felt that I had let my son down. I learned that I need to read up more and not let convenience drive my health care decisions. I am sorry that so many other people are having issues here too, but seeing I am not alone has allowed me to seek a different opinion and do what is truly best for my sons.

My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth pulled which I knew she needed to have done. The assistants explained everything in detail. Dr Stiharu was pleasant and answered all the questions we had. Once the procedure started we were out in less than an hour. Based on my experience and my daughters, I would recommend him and Metro Dentalcare. We are satisfied.

My daughter went there for a cleaning & a filling come to find out they messed up 2 teeth & 1 messed up tooth ended up with a hole.. Put 2 crowns on both messed up teeth & now its pinching together causing gums to bleed & looks like a piece of skin coming from middle of crown.. They did not consult with me before touching them 2 teeth & i feel like they are all about money.. Now my daughter cant brush that side w/o alot of blood coming out.. Theres no emergency dentist that takes our insurance through the state & were nevee coming back!! They state even a lil cavity a half a size of a pimple on face it needs needs a crown.. Its going to grow back cause its a baby tooth..

Previously left a good review, however after having our daughters surgery band teeth fixed and they required to pay up front! Which we did!!! I am now getting billed stating we didn't pay. Try getting ahold of them...you can't! Getting a lawyer!!! Fraud!

I appreciated much to Doctor and staffs. They've treated my kids with amazing care, Friendly, Professional, patience and experience . Highly recommend to this clinic.

We have been to this office a few times and everything is very professional. My youngest child has really bad anxiety about all medical and dental procedures and Dr. Alevizos and her staff are very patient and understanding. I really appreciate that she takes photos and throughly goes over everything with us before and after the procedures that we have had done.
