After one year having pain and following up with other dental, finally my friend referred me to came here to this location and I came from Woodbury and they did amazing work and now I don't have pain the staff are friendly and the doctor Husam is professional.

My husband's appointment he'd made months ago was canceled the day before he was scheduled to go in. The office manager said they had sent multiple messages saying he needed to confirm the appointment. We've been going there for years and have never had to confirm, nor were we notified of the new policy. My husband assumed he was getting reminders, he gets hundreds of texts daily for his job and doesn't have time to read them all. Now he's getting texts offering an appointment when someone cancels. He would have been happy to come in for his scheduled appointment. Now he's scheduled an appointment at a dental office that won't cancel the appointments he makes. I left a message for the office manager to call me and never heard back. It's unfortunate, this used to be a great office.

Amazing all around. Dr. Hussam Alkillesly and the staff at Metro Dental Brooklyn Center are the best I've ever had hands down. Top notch dental work, high level of cleanliness, and friendly and helpful staff. Even though Metro Dental is no longer covered by my dental insurance and those that are covered are much closer, I still choose to go to Dr. Alkillesly as his work, care and dedication, as well as the rest of the staff, are unparalleled and worth much more.

All around wonderful, from the front desk, to the hygienist, assistants & dentist! They always do a wonderful job & I feel like they are always going the extra mile! I feel so comfortable coming to this office and always feel better educated when I leave. I highly recommend this office to any and everyone.

From the Administrative Assistant Beverly to the excellent care and service of the hygienist Jina I would highly recommend Metro Dental of Brooklyn Center for your dental care. They really do care and want to help. They are very informative and helpful with tools and resources to help you maintain good dental hygiene. I felt they truly went above and beyond with the services they gave me.

I'm very happy with the service I received at Metro Dental Care of Brooklyn Center. Just love Dr. Hussain. Appreciate all the hardwork Natalie does since she's usually taking care of everything up front by herself. Also, I had a new hygienist to clean my teeth today. She was very nice and she did a very nice job . She seemed to really care about my comfort and took extra care to see that those xray things didn't hurt my mouth. I'm only sorry that I forgot her name. I tried to call and see what her name is, but they were closed for the day. I'm going to request that she be my regular hygienist

I made an appointment several months in advance. When the day of my appointment came they said that someone had booked my appointment into an "inactive schedule" (what??) and my appointment no longer existed. Now I'm going to have to wait another 2-3 months to be seen again. Nice.

I had my first appointment on June 23rd, 2022, at 9 a.m. I took PTO on that day and went to this place. The receptionist (unable to identify her) was extremely unpleasant with no smile on her face. (If you are the receptionist, isn't it your duty to at least smile and/or greet patients courteously?). She told me, while talking to someone else on the phone, that I am not in the system and the online appointment never went through. However, she can do me a "favor" by setting me up for June 29th. She entered all my info incorrectly. She never gave me an appointment reminder card. I didn't receive an email or text a day before the appointment. I am not sure why she was so rude?

Very professional, top notch hygienists and dentists- I travel quite far to go to this specific Metro Dentsl in Brooklyn Center.....well worth it!!
