Very bad and harsh cleaning experience by the hygienist. She was extremely harsh in the cleaning procedure and very unprofessionallly, she spread the floride on my tongue many times. I didn't understand what was the reason for that. I felt very tired and irritated after this dental cleaning. I have been going to Metrodental for more than 15 years and never ever had this kind of horrible experience. I will make sure I don't go to this location again.

I can't say enough good things about Apple Valley metro dental. All the caregivers are so caring and friendly. They really take the time with you whether it is with your cleaning or any other problems you have. Dr. Sangachhe Is such a caring person and makes you feel so comfortable here

Have been going to this dental office for years and have always enjoyed it. Adults and three little kids are extremely happy with the doctor, hygienist, assistant, front desk. Everyone is very attentive, knowledgeable and thorough in their job. Highly recommend.

I have been going to metro dental care for a couple years now and Stacy has been cleaning my teeth and I could not be happier! She does an amazing job, is very gentle, and I always have a good experience going to my appointments. I highly recommend!

I really appreciate this Dentist office. I come here myself and with my children. Everyone is always very friendly, transparent and honest. We always feel welcome and taken care of and our needs are met.

They scheduled my appointment 6 months out; then called 2 days before to tell me that they needed to reschedule my visit because the doctor would be out of the office. When I expressed frustration with it, they were unapologetic and insincere... After rescheduling my daughters appointment they abruptly hung up the phone.

I am beyond frustrated. I have been a patient here for years and have never had a problem with their care. Here's the issue. I had an appointment cancelled during covid...no big deal, however not once did they ever reach out to me to try to reschedule when they reopened. I waited until early February of this year reschedule that appointment, figuring they would be backlogged with all those cancelled appointments. After all that time, they should be close to being caught up, right? The earliest they could get me in was June 3rd. I wasn't happy about it, but I liked going there, so I took it. Got a call today that they need to reschedule my appointment due to the hygienist being ill. Again, understandable. Now they earliest they can get me in is NOVEMBER. I called my son's dentist and was able to get a new patient appointment for tomorrow. I have nothing against Metro's care...just their business practice.
