After graduating from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2003 I chose to further my professional education with a General Practice Residency at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. The residency was in association with the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. I am committed to continuing education at the highest level and attend several programs each year to enhance the care we provide. My current continuing education is focused on IV sedation, dental implant surgery and grafting.

Ashlee is a Wyoming, MI native. She graduated from the Grand Rapids Community College hygiene program in 2011. At a young age, Ashlee knew she wanted to be part of a dental team based on her experiences growing up. She loves to educate and help guide her patients to achieve overall oral health and home care. Ashlee always places an emphasis on each patients personal goals and desires. When out of the office, Ashlee enjoys family time with her husband and two young children.
Kristy feels blessed to be part of the team at Metro Dental! With over 25 years experience as a hygienist, she looks forward to taking care of patients and their families. She loves building relationships and her career as a dental hygienist. Kristy keeps up with the latest dental techniques by pursuing advanced continuing education in dental hygiene.
Gail has worked alongside Dr. Dew from the start and is the main treatment coordinator at Metro Dental Associates. She does so much more than simply assist Dr. Dew during various procedures! She is technically skilled but also focused on taking exceptional care of patients while making them feel comfortable and appreciated. Gail enjoys working with her team and helping patients have healthier and prettier smiles.
Denise has been an instrumental part of Metro Dental Associates for 25 years! She works to ensure the patient experience is the most important aspect of the practice. Denise handles day to day operations within the business ensuring the most successful outcome for patients and supporting Dr. Dew and the team.
