We had an appointment to have my sons teeth extracted for his braces something very important and they called 1 time the day before but we where out of town having an MRI done on my sons arm and didn't see that I missed a call from them, they never sent a text saying to verify that I was coming so I went to our scheduled appointment and they turned us away because we didn't verify we were coming!!! But I thought the appointment meant we were coming and I never got a text asking if we were coming and now they say they can't get us in for three months when my sons braces are on and he has to have 2 of his teeth extracted so they can put the wire on so they really are messing things up they lost us as customers I went straight to pediatric dentistry and they are seeing us in two days so this dentist office is a joke I would not waste my time with them. They are rude and unprofessional , and do not know how to run a business. If all else they should have made it known when u make an appointment that it's just to hold the place it's not set in stone the appointment not unless u answer their 1 call the day before saying ur coming! I remember when an appointment meant appointment lol

This is the only dentist that has not hurt me during an extraction. I didn't even feel the shot.

So disappointed in the service lately. Went in last month about a teeth that was hurting. I notice my blood pressure was high. I do not have high blood pressure. I have had several teeth pulled and know when a teeth is infected. After not sleeping for weeks, I call and they said they were busy. I did ask could he give me something for infection because my blood pressure was high and I had just left the doctor. To make a long story short, the lady that I talk to, ask me why my primary doctor did not give me something. Well, first of all my primary doctor is not a dentist. After going to them that day, I do not have insurance so I paid for X-rays. Dentist told me he found the problem, but could not fix it today. He stated I had a cavity. Came back the next couple of weeks, keep in mind, am hurting and blood pressure high. Dentist fill teeth. I left there still hurting. I have not been able to eat without hurting. I lay down at night and it worsen. I then called again yesterday. I told one of the ladies at the desk the problem. Actually she call me. I told her how the teeth was still hurting . She offer me to come in. Well, due to I was at work when she called, I was not able to leave. After complaining about teeth, she told me I would have to talk to the dentist. It's 3am. Am hurting and very upset now. Since the older dentist left out this office, it has not been the same. Now, my appointment is in a few days. Am to the point where I know longer feel the need to go to this dentist office. The last thing I need is for to spend more money only to come out hurting again. I never make complaints. I don't no one to go through this.

I had an absolute emergency, and trouble getting an appointment anywhere else! Dr Methvin has awesome staff, that somehow squeezed me in although they seemed busy. I didn't have a very long wait, and he was the nicest guy. I have major dentist anxiety but he was super cool and made the whole thing easy for me. I'll be back.

Would not go back. Talked me into metal cap and I only went for consultation. Ill fitting and food gets trapped. Cost me pain and discomfort.

They couldn't keep my appointment since they couldn't reach me on the phone the day before. I kept my end of the deal by showing up on the agreed time. Parking lot and waiting room was empty.

When i was little I had a terrible experience with a dentist and for a while I was terrified to go to any other dentist but my experience here is amazing, love it
