Dr. Mark Sivers primary focus is to provide an exceptional patient experience. He utilizes technology, like intraoral photography and 3D imaging, to make the most accurate diagnosis possible and provide effective treatment solutions. As his patient, youre able to skip goopy, unpleasant impressions should you need restorative treatment such as crowns. Dr. Sivers will explain what he sees and show you in real-time so you can be completely confident about the recommended treatment.
Before joining the team at Methuen Family Dentistry, Katie worked at an oral surgery practice in Boston for 10 years. She was the main assistant and oversaw billing for five years. Katie was also responsible for educating patients about their procedures and what to expect after. Shes skilled in assisting with IV sedations, extractions, dental implants, pathology, and more.
Cathy always aims to provide patients a positive, comfortable, and enlightening experience in the dental chair. She achieves this through gentle cleanings and catering to each persons individual needs. Cathy loves the reward and gratification that comes with seeing patients reach their goals of optimal oral health. She enjoys being able to educate and treat people of all ages.

Super nervous going in but I was made to feel extremely comfortable during the entire appointment. Cathy was efficient and informative during my initial exam. Dr Mateo was easy to talk to during my consultation and Crystal was very helpful while showing me my treatment plan and billing/insurance coverage. Would absolutely recommend.

This was my first time at Methuen Family Dentistry. I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was friendly and they took as much time as needed to answer any questions. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Mateo and Katie were a delight.

Dr Ana Mateo and her assistant (i forget her name, very sorry lol) are AMAZING. They deserve raises. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable after i had mentioned i had some fear. I will recommend everyone and anyone to this place, it's a very warm and welcoming environment.

Dr Ana Mateo was wonderful to work with. An old filling I had was damaged and close to falling out. Dr Mateo explained the entire process to me and took her time doing so, making sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Best case I was getting a crown, worse case an extraction and implant. Of course I needed the extraction. The procedure was easier and less painful than I anticipated. The team gave me easy aftercare instructions to follow and they worked

I've been a patient in this dental practice for over 15 years while it was under the management of Dr. Ntapalis, one of the best and caring dentists I known . Now that the practice is incorporated under Dr. Sivers and Dr. Mateo, their services have expanded to pretty much a one-stop dental care shop! I don't need to book appointments with other dental practitioners. The level of professionalism, care, personalization, quality, and transparency is hands down the best in the area - trust me, I travel long miles just because of their care of me and my family. Their staff is phenomenal , very personable, kind, sweet , patience and customer service is A +. Did I mention their staff is also bilingual (Spanish) ? I should mention that if you have dental cleaning anxiety you 'll find the best hygienist in this office with Cathy! Highly recommend this practice!

I have been looking for a dentist for a long time. I found this practice through a google search and scheduled an appointment. I had a very good experience. My hygienist, Cathy, was amazing. She explained everything so well. Dr. Mark is very patient and thorough with the exam and the explanation. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone.

I haven't been to the dentist is quite some time, due to not having dental insurance. This was my first time back and at a new place. Methuen Family Dentistry put all my anxieties at ease! They were absolutely amazing, and very informational. My daughter who is three had the time of her life. They are so caring and I'm so happy to be with them!

In the course of having two of my teeth prepped for crowns two weeks ago, Dr. Sivers and Katie found that my teeth were too bad to crown them. The treatment was to extract the teeth and install implants. Sounds scary, right? Well, not only did we have a detailed discussion about my options, I ok'd the procedure. It was done in the very same appointment! Dr. Sivers, Katie, and Cathy, all stayed late, well after 6pm to take care of me. People should know that the entire procedure was totally painless! Recovery was easy too. I can't say enough good things about this practice!
