I have been coming to this office for at least 15 years. Everyone is so professional and caring. From Marcal handling my insurance and billing like a pro, to Becky doing an absolutely wonderful job cleaning my teeth, to Dr. C. Mesolella doing a great job on my dental work, to Dr. Victoria doing a wonderful job on my teeth, to now Dr. Rick doing a fabulous job on my (his first in office) crown as well as my implants. I would have never guessed I was his first bridge out of school. I love this office and these wonderful people.

I had not been to dentist in quite some time due to moving around often, and I was very impressed with my first visit at Mesolella Dental. I have known Dr. Anthony since high school and he has always been one of the most intelligent and dedicated people I know, so it was no surprise to see he is a thorough and skilled dentist. Highly recommend!

True professionals and accommodating to everyone. My wife and I felt so comfortable and able to ask any questions/concerns knowing that the Mesolella team would provide a meaningful answer. We wouldn't recommend going anywhere else...Dr. Chris, Dr. Vicky, and Dr. Gerry are the best we have experienced!

I have been in Rochester for two years and had been traveling back to Boston for dental appointments. I was actually referred by my orthodontist to see Dr. Victoria Mesolella. She is amazing! The staff here is very kind, understanding, and flexible. I needed work done and she was speedy in fillings and was able to do multiples at once saving me lots of time away from work. I also needed some advanced treatment and it was rough by no account of anyone at either offices but I called the office and she made sure I was back in to the endodontist and followed up after as well for a service she didn't even do! I've been going to Mesolella Dentistry for less than a year but Dr. Victoria and the staff treat me like I've been a patron since I was a child. Great replacement to my practice in my hometown!

Nobody likes finding out they have a cavity, but if I'm going to have anyone let me know, it's the doctors at Mesollela Dentistry. Wonderful service and better people!

Always enjoy going to this group. Everyone is friendly and makes the visit enjoyable. I saw Dr. Rick for the first time and he made a tough situation a good experience because of professionalism and caring for the patient. He followed up on my visit and made sure my needs were met. Welcome aboard. Will definitely use you again.

Awesome people. Had to find a new office when my dentist moved out of town and Dr Mesolella treated me like I'd been a patient for years. Great warm welcome, Deanna was great, and a very clean office.

I have been to a few Dental offices in the past year due to some issues with my back teeth. After my horrible experiences, I knew it was time to make a change. I was recommended to Mesolella Dental for further care from a few friends. From the moment I walked into the office, I was treated with nothing other than respect. Very professional and friendly people! I had a sensitive tooth on the top of my mouth. With no hesitation, x-rays were taken and my mouth was examined by Dr. Rick. He noticed a filling came out and it was going to need another one. He fixed me right up in no time! Its been a few days since my visit and I can FINALLY say that my mouth feels normal again. Thank you Mesolella Dental for your hard work. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to for a change...an EXCELLENT change!

I've been going to Mesolella Dental for two years now. Nothing but wonderful things to say! Avor is a fantastic hygienist. I also recently brought my boyfriend in to have some dental work done and English is his second language. Dr. Rick had to pull a tooth for him and he was so patient and professional with the language barrier. He did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend this dentist office. You get the family business feeling as soon as you walk in!

I would not recommend anyone to this practice for any mayor dental work due to the terrible experience I had. I needed a crown after having a successfully installed implant, which was an 8 month process, done by a specialist. Installing the crown was the final step and should have been a simple procedure. To my horror, Dr. Mesolella over cranked the implant, using extreme pressure, and tore it out of my mouth. I left the office with a bleeding mouth and hole filled with gauze where my tooth should have been and will have to restart this whole process all over again! Making this type of mistake proves they don't have the knowledge to handle major dental work. I would highly steer people away from this office and hope no one has to go through this again.

I recently switched to Mesolella Dental from Western New York Dental Group. The initial waiting area and interactions with the secretaries in the office made the transition easy and everyone in the office was more than willing to help answer any questions I had. Dr. Rick Mesolella recently joined in the family practice and is now my Dentist. Dr Rick informed me that I needed a wisdom tooth pulled after my first visit to which I was both nervous and skeptical. I heard many stories of pain filled future days ahead, bad experiences, and overall negativity about the procedure itself from those whom experienced it at other practices. Dr Rick and his staff came in and explained every step of the procedure in a professional and understanding way for me, making me more comfortable with the procedure itself. 10 minutes later my tooth was out and with very little, to no pain. It has been two days since the procedure and I still have no pain. If anyone is thinking of making the switch to this dental group, I highly recommend doing so. You wont be disappointed!! Thanks again Dr Rick and to everyone at Mesolella Dental!!

From the welcoming waiting room and great staff at reception to the hygienists and family of dentists, Mesolella Dental is the best! Every time my husband and I are there we feel well taken care of and very comfortable. Dr. Gerry, Dr. Chris and Dr. Vicky are always so kind and happy to answer any questions we have!

The staff and doctors are all amazing. I absolutely hate the dentist but this office makes me feel welcomed and so comfortable that I am less anxious. This last visit I saw Dr. Victoria for the first time and she was so gentle and made it a point to let me know what was going on and why. There is not any other dentist office I would trust. Highly recommend giving them a call, you wont be disappointed.

I have been a patient of Mesolella Dental for over 20 years! Since my baby teeth! Dr. Gerald and Dr. Chris (Father Son team!) are top notch in their work! Local dentist that I will always go to....and that's the tooth!
