Dr. Turner has been practicing in the Valley since graduating from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio in 1998. He opened Mesa Family Dentistry with one employee in July 1999. Since then, the office has grown to a full-service family dental practice, and recently moved a few miles east to Val Vista and Southern in Mesa.
Dr. Turner started his laser training in North Carolina in 2006 and purchased his Waterlase MD (hard- and soft-tissue laser) at the beginning of 2007. He has his associate fellowship in soft-tissue lasers from the World Clinical Laser Institute (WCLI). He also has received his associate fellowship and full fellowship in hard-tissue lasers from WCLI.
In 2008, Dr. Turner began teaching one day a week as a clinical professor at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health here in Mesa. He retired from teaching about ten years later to focus on his new office that opened at Southern and Val Vista at the end of 2020.

Moved from Illinois recently. Just started going to Dr Turner and am very pleased with everything. The staff is very helpful and Dr Turner is excellent. I am one that does not look forward going to the Dentist, but I went today to have a crown replaced and was very pleased with everything. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I really like Dr. Turner. The women of the office are great too. It is always on time. He has done different procedures on both of us and feel like he does an excellent job.

Dr. Turner changed my life. I injured my front tooth when I was 7 and it turned black. After a bad cosmetic job to correct the issue I had settled with the fact I would just not feel great about my smile and continued on with life. Im approaching 30 and finally wanted to address my front teeth. It took some time as I needed an implant but today I had the final product put on my teeth. I almost cried because I had no idea how life changing it would be to look in the mirror and be genuinely happy with my smile. Dr. Turner was patient, thorough, and made sure I understood the entire process. I can't thank Dr. Turner and his office enough for everything they have done for me this past year. He changed my life and I can't thank him enough.
