The worst customer service. The front desk staff doesn't know anything about their job. I needed the pre authorization to be sent by fax to the insurance company and I lost my surgery because they didn't send. I had to look for another place which I found!

I have nothing but good things to say about MVOS. I am grateful for the way I was treated. Everything was explained to me during my consultation appointment. I was made to feel comfortable and reassured when I explained my needs. On the day of my surgery I was highly anxious but those feelings left me once Dr. Esbah came in. The assistant was very helpful too. I am grateful for the team that treated me. The jokes helped calm my nerves. I didn't need any medication during my recovery. I have healed nicely. Thank you MVOS!

Thanks to Dr. Esbah and the amazing assistants. My wisdom teeth extraction was a smooth ride! Everyone was nice, welcoming and understanding. I felt comfortable and well taken care of.

My son had some teeth pulled today. Doctor and all of his assistants were incredibly friendly. Put my son at ease and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed.

I had an amazing experience with Sajal Swaroop, DMD. He explained all the treatment and has tremendous experience. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. They make you feel right at home. Sajal Swaroop, DMD Assistant Christina is very professional and very personable.

Dr. Swaroop and Sydney were incredibly kind and informative! Our daughter had 4 wisdom teeth out and it went smoothly. The doctor even called her later to check how she was feeling. It would have been helpful if we had some information before the appointment - any info on prep would have been appreciated.

My husband was sent to Merrimack for an emergency. Dr. Esbah and his staff could not have been more pleasant, kind, helpful and sympathetic. He said he would recommend them to anyone in need of an oral surgeon!

Dr. Swaroop was the absolute best! The office staff and especially Robert the assistant was very helpful and reassuring to a very nervous patient! They took excellent care of me!

Dr Esbah is phenomenal. I know, you're thinking it's a generic review but I promise it's not. I waited far longer than I should've to have work done. Impacted adult tooth that never came through and a broken implant and crown. The front desk could use a little help in greeting clients. They're not rude just very direct and not much for small talk. Then again they wear a mask all day so that would bother me too. The doctors and their assistants are great. They really do take the time to explain things so you're fully aware of how they want to help you. Again, Dr Esbah, thank you for everything you've helped me, and will continue to help me with.

I recently had a molar extracted It was my first extraction and I was very nervous The staff made me very at ease and Dr. Keyser removed the tooth with virtually no pain I highly recommend them !!

I had an Amazing time there , as soon as I walk inside , it's a great atmosphere and I've been seen twice as each time I was taken into doctors office to start my work almost immediately. I was talked through the entire process and felt at ease knowing the job was done smoothly every time . Thank you soooo much ! Now I'm no longer in pain.

I had a horrible experience @ my initial consult due to the cold as ice assistant. Thankfully when the Doctor came in everything was great. Surgery the doc had a different assistant named Emily she was kind with the exact bedside manner you hope for before going under!

I went in for a normal tooth extraction. Due to a seizure disorder I have triggered by high anxiety, I was referred here. They kept asking me 4 plus times if I really wanted to be sedated and I kept saying yes repeatedly. The dentist didn't even try to find a vein in my arm and ended up putting it in my hand. He was not gentle and I ended up crying before being sedated. I woke up still hazy but in pain. They only gave my some gauze and pain meds and sent me on my way. This was at 2 in the afternoon and it's now 11:30 at night and I'm still bleeding heavily. Not only did they leave me with a big empty socket in my mouth but I realized they cut up the inside of my cheek pretty bad. Honesty wish I was referred somewhere else because I never went through this kind of pain when I had my wisdom teeth out (at a different facility) if I could give this place a 0 star review I would.

Got all four of my wisdom teeth removed today. Great staff, everyone including Dr. Esbah were very welcoming and professional. He let me know the risks associated with my tooth that was impacted and close to a nerve, and was okay with my choice to still have it removed. I was put under for the surgery and I'm healing a lot better than I expected. I also received a check in call from Dr. Esbah that was very courteous.

I am highly satisfied with the work that Dr.Esbah and his team performed. My procedure was complicated from needing an extraction and bone grafting to placement of 2 implants. During the long process I had nothing but excellent experiences with everyone involved. He took great pride in his work and went the extra mile to make sure that my new smile would be perfect. Highly recommend

I had my tooth number 18 got removed in Merrimack Valley Oral Surgeons. Dr. Swaroop is well achieved academically and highly skillful doctor who extracted my tooth so meticulously. Post-surgery recovery was also easy as he took lot of care and also explained everything. Dr. Swaroop is the go-to doctor -Oral surgeon. He is cool, and efficient and highly skilled. Overall, my experience was great! I definitely recommend Dr. Swaroop

They're level of care is bad and they should feel bad. My brother is autistic and not only did they provide no comprehensive instructions for him after getting his 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. They also never booked him a follow up appointment. Never provided a syringe so he can properly care of the openings after surgery. I abhor this office. I've had my share of personal bad experiences when I had mine done here also. The front desk staff is rude, incompetent, and never call back or pick up the phone. If you can afford to go elsewhere AVOID THIS PLACE.
