This practice is run like a well oiled machine. It's very efficient; you're in and out quickly and the service providers are great with kids. Our last technician, Ana Marie, was so kind to my child the last time that I just had to write this review to say thanks.

My daughter got braces with M.O. and had a consistent and great experience with both the front desk staff and Doctor Jones. I am happy to recommend them if you are looking for an Orthodontist (PS; we chose her over Iverson for the comprehensive and personalized initial evaluation, and also for the professionalism of the front desk staff. I really feel that my daughter got consistent and great care here).

We love Merrifield Orthodontics! My daughter was stuck somewhere today & I couldn't get her to her spot - but my son had one a few days later. They were going for different reasons, but after Merrifield checked, they allowed me to do a child day swap. I was sooo grateful. They try to help families & did have good Appt times we were able to plug in. Oh yes- teeth look good too!

I've seen Dr. Jones for last 3years with my daughter. She needed oral surgery and braces for 2,5 years! Every time we visited front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. Now it's my turn with Invisiline braces. Results are amazing! Dr Jones is extremely detail oriented which makes her orthodontist office the best in Falls Church area. Highly recommended for anyone who isn't happy with their "smile"

Dr. Jones is excellent and she employs an amazing staff. She helps the client make educated decisions about their care and uses her expertise to make sure that the the care is timely and done right. I have talked to many doctors/dentists about aligners and they all say to use a orthodontist instead of on-line options and I say "go to Merrifield Orthodontics" You won't be disappointed and will have a better smile too.

My son has been coming to this orthodontic office for over 3 years. In the beginning the customer service and care was good. But for the last year, they have been very disrespectful and unprofessional. My son's brackets had broken a couple of times, and they had charged me for each one. I understand that I owe, but the way they approached me about it was horrendous. They literally are thieves!!! They are purposefully prolonging my sons treatment, so they can rob me and my insurance. I highly recommend you stay away from this office!! I regret bring my son here. After my son's treatment is complete, I will never come here again. If your looking for a orthodontist, look somewhere other than here. I'm very disappointed.

I came here for about 3 years or so definitely had a great experience the whole time. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They give you a clear and detailed explanation as to what will be done during treatment from start to finish. I've never had a problem with them, Dr. Jones main focus is helping and making your smile better. She does so much to give back to her patients and the community. Many offices wouldn't do that so you'd be wrong to miss out on all the fun. Especially if you have children.
