Hi! My name is Traci and I am the insurance coordinator here at Merola Family Dentistry. I started in the dental field over 10 years ago and I have worn many different hats and have experience in each area from assisting to office management. Im one of the newest members of the team and I look forward to many years to come! Insurance can be tricky and often hard to understand, and I take pride in helping patients decipher their insurance and helping them maximize those benefits. When Im not in the office I enjoy spending time boating or snowmobiling with my wonderful husband Jeremy and my two beautiful children Kylie and Asher.
My name is Morgan and I am a Dental Assistant here at Merola Family Dentistry. I graduated from Dental Assistant school of Syracuse in 2016, and joined our team in 2017. Within two years of assisting experience I learned techniques in general chair-side assisting including CEREC same day crowns, cosmetic smiles design, implant placement, impressions, and becoming an expert for teeth whitening. I love quality patient care and motivates me to continue to learn and improve myself. Outside of the office I love spending time with my family and friends and spoiling her chocolate labs Odin and Trapper.
My name is Dana, and I am a Hygienist at Merola Family Dentistry. I graduated with dental hygiene degree from SUNY Canton in 2018. I feel accomplished when I am able to make good experiences for patients who have a history of negative experiences with dental care. I believe that making personable relationships with patients is an essential part of my career as a dental hygienist. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, staying active outdoors and taking trips with my dog Shenzi.
Hey there! Im Sarah and I am a registered dental hygienist here at Merola Family Dentistry. I am from Chatham, Massachusetts where I was a dental assistant for 4 years before becoming a hygienist. I place a large value on patient care and the development of a wholesome clinician patient relationship. When I am not working, I am the mama of an active, huge hearted boy named Jaden and a sassy, very loving girl named Cora. Somewhere in the crazy life we live, my husband Josh and I enjoy going to the gym, working on projects around the house and going anywhere, for any length of time, just to be together.
Hello, my name is Mindy and I am a registered dental hygienist here at Merolas Family Dentistry. I am a recent graduate of SUNY Broome CC with a degree in dental hygiene. Prior to dental hygiene I worked as a dental hygiene assistant for four years. My goal as a hygienist is to make all my patients comfortable in the dental chair and provide them with high standard of care. Outside of dentistry I am looking forward to becoming a new mom to a little girl at the end of January!
Hello, my name is Adrianna and I recently graduated from the dental assisting program from OCM Boces in February of 2019. I started at Merola Family Dentistry in April with this office being my first assisting job. Ive learned so much while working chair-side with Dr. Merola. Since starting at the office Id say one of my professional accomplishments is turning a patients once negative fear at the dentist into a positive one with our welcoming environment! When Im not assisting, I enjoy spending time with my amazing husband and our two beautiful daughters. I also enjoy my time shopping and taking our dogs on hikes with us.

I have been a dental assistant for 15 years but recently joined Merola Family Dentistry and love it! Patient comfort is my number one priority. I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
