And just like with sunscreen, remember to reapply it every couple hours.

Went in for a crown with preapproval from insurance and x-rays from my other dentist. Went to Merit Dental because they were $500 cheaper than my current dentist. After having the procedure completed. I received a charge for the entire cost of the crown, due to the wrong tooth having the procedure done on. Insurance denied the claim from Merit. Also had 2 cavities filled per dentist. When I went back to my original dentist, was informed that there was no indication of any cavities or teeth they were watching from my appointment a month prior. Feel like they are money hungry and will do anything to get people or insurance to pay more for.

You have a better chance of receiving competent care, now that "Dr. Raj" is gone. But be warned, they don't require their employees to be vaccinated!

I found myself in a very painful situation with a cracked molar with exposed roots, incredibly painful. I saw Dr. Ken and he was able to save the tooth by performing a root canal with crown. Dr. Ken was awesome, he dispelled all myths that root canals are painful. Gentle and very professional.

Every single person who works at this establishment is beyond friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. They also explain everything along the way which I appreciate immensely. Going to the dentist can be a bit nerve-wracking and it's so comforting knowing that they really seem to have your best interest at heart.

Money hungry. Poor dental work. Won't go back. Needed a partial- they couldn't get the impressions correct. Then when the partial came in, I had to go back and forth 5 times for adjustments and they still didn't get it right. Might as well have thrown my money in the garbage as I can't wear it.
