Dr. Pham and his family came to the United States as refugees from Vietnam after the Vietnam War. The family moved to northern California from Michigan when Dr. Pham was a child of one. English was a second language for him as he grew up in the Bay Area. This didnt stop him, however, as he went on to undergraduate school at UC Davis where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with emphasis in Physiology. From there, Dr. Pham attended dental school at UCLA, where he graduated with his D.D.S. degree in 2005. Since then, Dr. Pham has continued to advance his dental education with additional training courses, such as the UCLA Advanced Implant Course.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Dr. Cecilia Wang is a dentist, looking after the locals in and around Santa Monica, CA. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned her dental degree.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Currently practicing at Meridien Dental, Dr. Wang explains to her patients about their dental conditions and helps them practice oral hygiene. She recognizes that many patients may not be completely comfortable with visiting a dentist. Hence, she endeavors to make dental visits a low-stress experience with minimal discomfort.
As a dental professional, Dr. Wang tries to stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide suitable treatment options to her patients. She understands the importance of quality care and believes in delivering high-quality dental care as well as professional patient service.
Dr. Palillo attended the University of California, Merced and graduated with a degree in Biology in 2015. Having embarked on dental outreach trips abroad during her pre-dental and dental school career, she has had the opportunity to witness the immediate positive impact left on patients which she finds to be so fulfilling.
After graduating from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, she returned to her home state of California to continue her career in dentistry. Her goal is to always provide high quality comprehensive care to patients while allowing them to feel comfortable and at ease throughout all their treatment. Dr. Palillo is a member of the California Dental Association. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, exploring new hiking trails, and spending time with her family, friends, and two pups.
Prior to opening his own dental office, Dr. Pham worked in other offices. His Santa Monica dental office is the realization of a dream which he is excited to offer to new and old clients. He provides a variety of dental services for the entire family, from kids to their parents and grandparents. He and his friendly staff make it a point to go out of their way to be helpful to everyone they care for in the homey, spa-like environment they have created.
Dr. Pham is a member of the local American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the National American Dental Association. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Academy of Osseointegration, which focuses on advancing the science, practice, and ethics of implant dentistry. Through these professional organizations and through other avenues, Dr. Pham constantly works to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in dental knowledge and technology while providing the latest and best in dental equipment and services.
Dr. Pham and his wife Audrey have two children. Ethan, aged 3 has just started preschool. Cleo, just under a year old, recently got her first two lower teeth, an important event in any family. Besides working at his dental office, Dr. Pham loves snowboarding in the local mountains and playing golf in our beautiful southern California sunshine.

Beautiful modern office with friendly staff. Doctor listened to my concerns, made a thorough exam and pointed out some issues that need to be addressed first. Returning for more dental work soon and I feel pretty confident that I am in good hands and can rely on doctor's knowledge.

It's time to post another review since my last one a few years ago. Still seeing Dr. Fang and his exceptional staff. I left my previous dentist of 25+ years due to reviews and recommendations from friends to use Dr. Fang at Meridian Dental Arts. "Dental Arts" is so appropriate for this practice. The technology and his expertise are over the top in his practice. I've had crowns with my previous dentist and it took 3 appointments. With Meridian Dental Arts, Dr. Fang, it takes ONE visit. REALLY, only ONE visit! He has the technology and skill to complete the work and make a crown in one visit. He's a technical artist when it comes to making crowns and ensuring your bite is perfect afterward. He calls his patients that had extensive or sensitive work done, in the evening to see how they are doing. Who does that? Dr. Fang does! He has a bone scan machine to check from the inside out! He takes time to listen to your concerns and works with you to resolve them. I'm not an easy patient due to my sensitivities, smallmouth, and fear of the dentist and Dr. Fang never forgets that during my visits. His hygienists are excellent and gentle! His front desk staff are always friendly, patient, and helpful. It's always a positive experience, even though it is a DENTAL APPOINTMENT! I moved my entire family over to this office. I still highly recommend Meridian Dental Arts, Palmdale, CA. Dr. Fang!

Dr Pham and the assistant Ian was excellent. Ian was especially great because he took the extra time to clean my mouth guard in the cracks after soaking it. He also gave me his thoughts on brushing techniques on teeth and tongue.

If you're weary of going to the dentist or anxious of a wisdom tooth extraction, visit the dentists at Meridien first before going anywhere else. I needed three cavity filled wisdom teeth out (one with a giant piece missing) in a hurry. Pretty much panicked, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Palillo. She easily eased my nerves about the process, assessing which teeth were a priority while working to answer any questions I had about the procedure. A few days pass, and Dr. Wang worked tirelessly to remove the wisdom teeth. Her attentiveness to any discomfort I was feeling made the procedure a breeze. While in recovery at home, I grew a bit concerned about dry socket (as we all have) and reached out to the office via email to see if something was off. Dr. Pham quickly responded to my concerns just after opening at 8am, scheduling a quick appointment the same day to look over the sockets. I couldn't believe the amazing level of hospitality! From the nursing staff to the dentists, from start to finish I knew I was in good hands. They were friendly, caring, professional, effective and responsive. If you have to trust one team for the care of your smile forever, it is definitely the team at Meridien.

Dr. Pham was very thorough and gentle. They also were able to get me in last minute due to an emergency which I appreciated. My appointment was very relaxing, I was put at ease during my whole crown procedure. I must say it was surprisingly painless.
