Dr. Stoianovici and staff are excellent at what they do! Professional, yet have a personal touch to put you at ease. At the consultation visit, I expressed my concerns/worries. This was taken serious by the doctor and staff. Which reassured me the procedure would go well. Overall, I had a good experience! I highly recommend Dr. Stoianovici.

Had horrible tooth pain for weeks. Got referred here and was taken care of the next day for an emergency root canal. Did a fantastic job of helping make sure I had no pain associated with the process. While no one has to go get this done, if you have to, I highly recommend here. 100% satisfied.

Dr. Jahnke did a very good job performing my root canal work. But the communication between my Dentist and Meridian was very confusing. The receptionist and tech were friendly. The tech seemed upset when I questioned an additional charge. She just placed the form for me to sign and said the scan was required when the form said recommended. Than it was not clear that my root canal was performed but my crown had to be fitted elsewhere? I guess they are so focused that they get the patient to a certain point and then expect them to fend for themselves. My last root canal was one dentist from start to finish. Much better overall service than Meridian.

I've had 2 bone grafts at the Oconomowoc location. From start to finish, this facility is top notch professional all.the.way.....the amount of attention given to me, my comfort and care was 100 percent professional and personal. Every phone call I made with questions was answered on the same call. Any of my friends or family, I would encourage strongly them to let this staff handle their needs.

I went to Meridian this morning for a root canal on a tooth that had been giving me so much pain for over two weeks. I have a lot of dental anxiety. When I walked in, I felt like I was at a spa and even once they took me back to a room, it still felt like a spa. I wish I could remember the dental assistant's name (I'm terrible at names) but she was FANTASTIC. She walked me through everything, listened to my concerns and made sure I was okay through the entire thing. I was able to pick a movie to watch during the procedure which was a nice distraction. Dr. Jahnke was great, also making sure I was comfortable. I felt no pain through the procedure and it was over before I knew it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I would also be happy to go back there for any future work! Everyone was so friendly and the facility is just beautiful!

I was able to get a same day appointment, which I very much appreciated. Painless dentistry seems like an oxymoron but to my surprise there really is such a thing. I had no pain w/ the injections or treatment and just mild tenderness for a few days afterwards. Excellent service all the way around, I would highly recommend.

Although no one enjoys having dental work done, much less major dental work, Dr. Charles Stoianovici was friendly, professional, and helpful thoughout my process. Lauren, their care coordinator, is one of the best care coordinators that I've worked with. She was extremely organized did a wonderful job making sure everyone was on the same understanding. Overall, would definitely suggest this facility based on my experience so far.

I went in for a gum graft and I knew I was in good hands as soon as I stepped foot inside. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I was a little nervous about my procedure but the nurses and the surgeon made me feel very safe and comfortable throughout the entire surgery. I truly could not recommend a place more :)

I had a temporary crown placed by my dentist on a Friday. By Wednesday I was in extreme pain and was referred to Meridian by my dentist. I called Meridian at 12:50pm and they had an opening at 1pm! I was shocked to find out they were willing to see me the same day to relieve my pain! Sherry was extremely friendly from the moment I called to the second I left after my root canal. She made my whole family feel at ease about being there (I had to bring my 3 small kids to the appointment until my husband could pick them up)! Evelyn was very calming during the procedure and was quick to help the doctor with everything. And words cannot describe how thankful I am for Dr. Jahnke! He calmly explained the situation and was able to perform a root canal right away. He worked so hard to make sure it was completed properly and I would no longer have any pain from that tooth. Dr. Jahnke truly cares about his patients and it really shows. Hopefully I'll never need another root canal done, but if I do I'll be knocking on their door! Thank you, Meridian for saving the day!

The staff are all friendly, and I appreciate the doctor's obvious comfort and expertise in the procedures. I had no pain at all with the extraction and just a tiny bit with the implant. It was a great experience. My only criticism is that they sent me home with a universal handout rather than one that is specific to my case. How many hours before brushing, how soon to start the gel, should I wear my night guard etc. They expect you to remember all those details. How hard would it be to update a Word doc specific to me and print it out?

I can't say enough wonderful things about Meridian. From the beauty of their offices all the way down to the staff. Every single experience I have had with them has been extremely pleasant. I was very anxious about my procedure and Dom did everything he could to comfort me and even provided me with a blanket to keep me warm and my choice of music as well. Dr. Stoianovici was very patient with me and would not proceed until I felt ready and the numbing was complete. He is a magician with how fast he completed my procedure. I literally thought he was joking when he said he was finished. Then, the next day, I was again pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Dom, making sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Very professional, warm, caring and not to mention just made my day receiving that call. If I EVER need any other work done, I will gladly go back to Meridian and ONLY Meridian. Thank you to the entire team.
