Had some shady business practices going on, would not recommend. The receptionist Cathy was very rude and nasty, yelling over the phone. I would not recommend to anyone, do not waste your time here very unprofessional.

First Root Canal ever. Dr. Broady was more than extraordinary . Along with his staff that helped. Dr. Broady took his time personally to answer all questions I had. I was expecting pain throughout and I was very supervised. I didn't feel anything that made me uncomfortable. Also if you're afraid of shots don't be. This staff and office make everything easy and no stress. I will recommend EVERYONE to please try this office for dental work needed that they provide. Some of the absolute best professionals in this industry are inside this location.

I don't know how it took me so long to write a review for Dr. Steffel and his office staff. I have never been to a place that actually earned all 5-stars in a review until going here. I had my initial exam with Dr. Steffel this winter and he gave me all the information I needed to know going into a root canal for the first time and assured me it is no where as bad as it may sound. That following weekend the stars aligned. Indy was pounded with the worst snow storm of the year AND my tooth decided to go nuclear on me. I realized why waiting on a root canal is a bad idea. This was by far the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life. Without constantly flushing my mouth with ice water (literally needed a fresh sip of ice water every 5-10 seconds), the pain was unbearable. I was unable to sleep and somehow could not control screaming out in pain uncontrollably. I had to call Dr. Steffel at 1 or 2 in the morning and see if he could move my appointment up or do anything to help. This guy went BEYOND the call of duty. He called me back, and told me to come in first thing in the morning. A Saturday morning when the office was closed. A Saturday morning when many roads were closed and the commute anywhere in Indy was near impossible and beyond dangerous. He took me in and did the root canal all by himself, which is a two person job. Within a minute or so, I was pain free thanks to some ice and shots and almost fell asleep in the chair as he got to work. I could have slept through the entire root canal, simply by how gentle, caring and experienced he was. There was no sedative needed, although being up all night in excruciating pain probably helped. Long story short, if you need a root canal, don't wait. If you need a root canal, go here and see Dr. Steffel. I promise you won't make a better decision for such a necessary procedure. THANK YOU DR. STEFFEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
