All of the staff are so very friendly. I came back to this office once my insurance switched for that very reason. They are amazing! I normally have a huge fear of the dentist but they make me feel comfortable.

Dr doesn't give enough time to attend the patient's concern. This is my 2nd time to this office and both times its the same experience. She comes in rush and talks less than a minute, even I was trying to talk about my concern and even though she understood that I was talking to her, she went off and the hygienist tried to cover her up. What's the point in paying in for Dr's observation!! Not happy with Drs attitude,but I appreciate the hygienist Cece's work. She is good at what she does.

This was a first visit. It was the nicest dentist visit I've ever had. My wife and daughter had great experiences weeks earlier. Friendly and professional staff. My hygienist did an exceptional job with the cleaning and informed me of the technology they use to help promote dental health. I was more than a year behind on a visit! Dr. Wade was personable and professional. Maybe I'm not looking forward to my visit in six months but I certainly have no dread or worries about a visit to the Dr. Wade and Meridian Dental.

Rockstar hygienists and Dentist at Meridian Dental in Franklin, TN. I don't plan on going anywhere else but here. You will be ultra pleased with their service and latest technology equipment.

Punctual and professional - great staff and great service. Started using them after my dentist of 35+ years retired, so was not looking forward to a change. 3 visits and 1.5 years later I am very pleased with them.

Save your time, and don't put yourself at risk!!! I went on Thursday to have a dental procedure, Dr Pamela said that any pain or discomfort I could call, as I was still under the effect of anesthesia. I called the next day and the doctor Dr Pamela went on vacation for two weeks and wouldn't be able to see me for two weeks. I'm in a lot of pain and bleeding from the bad work done. If the doctor was going on vacation why she told me to call and that she would be available to see me? Bad professional and bad human too

I went to my first dental appointment today after not going to a dentist for several years. I could not have been more pleased. Everyone in the office is professional and super nice. It was actually a great experience especially since I was nervous because I had not been in so long.
