I have been a patient of meridian dental for many years and would not go anywhere else. Dr. Langara calms my anxiety and has never caused me any pain during the many procedures he has done. Thanks to meridian dental, I finally have a smile I can feel proud of.

Went in today to have a tooth fixed that broke from a filling done a separate dental practitioner. Before we went here I called several times about insurance and payments. They informed me they are unsure if mass health will cover the payments and I would be responsible if that is the case. I agreed to this, The lady Diane Kimble at the counter informed me that they would try billing it before I would have to establish a cash payment. She also informed me that they would work with me on a payment plan if I did have to pay for this procedure by cash. Upon arrival to my appointment I was rudely told that she never said any of this and I would have to pay 230$ upfront without an option of payment plan. They also refused to try to bill mass health claiming "they wouldn't accept it anyway". This place lured us in with false promises in order to make a profit sounds like a mechanic.

Almost 2 hours for a general cleaning. Repeated bullying and pressue to do x-rays (I have insurance and can't get x-rays every 6 months). Hygenist basically called me a liar when I said I have routine cleanings. I do smoke and therefore she infused my dental experience with all of her opinions on how much damage I am doing to my gums and if I would let her do x-rays she would not have an incomplete exam...Have I tried to quit, how much do I smoke, what is that on my tongue, oh yes, it is from the smoking (dentist confirmed nothing).I did repeatly explain I would forward my dental record, and I have no reason to lie to her...Just a bad crazy experience ending with her wanting me to book a procedure for my gums. I think not. Will deter as many people as possible from this office.
