Our team is special because we are a close-knit group that act more like family members than fellow employees. We all see each other as equals, and go out of our way to help each other in the office. Most importantly, we always try to make all of our patients feel that they are our number-one priority.
When you call us or step into our office, you will be greeted by people who will genuinely care about getting to know you on a personal level but also be attentive and compassionate towards your dental concerns and needs. This type of personable attention starts from the initial greeting from the staff members in the front, then to the assistants and hygienists, and finally to Dr. Fang.
As a new patient, you can rest assured that you will be seen on time by a very qualified practitioner, Dr. Fang, who is constantly educating himself to provide his patients the best quality dental care, customer service, and most importantly, will be their dentist for a lifetime. Ultimately, we want all of our new patients to feel that they are part of our dental family and not just another patient.
My profession means a constant commitment to patient care. I feel that being caring and compassionate to patients wants and needs is very important. Working with unique people every day creates a positive challenge. Experiencing different types of patients and personalities has helped me become a better listener, a better dentist, and a better person, all in order to give each patient the individual care and comfort they deserve. I find it rewarding to help my patients become educated and improve their overall dental and oral health. I truly feel that I can make a difference in my patients lives by instilling the value of good dentistry. Receiving a high quality education was the first step to ensuring my patients receive the best care possible. My undergraduate studies were completed in Cleveland, Ohio at Case Western Reserve University. I graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1995 with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
I feel that the best way to serve my patients is to keep up with the progressive and innovative techniques that dentistry offers. Being current and progressive allows me to deliver the highest level of patient care, quality, and comfort. These state-of-the-art techniques provides the best and most long lasting results and will allow my patients to fulfill their long term dental goal of keeping their teeth and enhancing their smiles.
Im passionate about being the best dentist that I can be by investing in new technology, constantly taking classes, and furthering my education/ knowledge in my field to provide the best care for my patients. Ive worked hard to continue my education through the prestigious Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS) in order to provide my patients with the best possible comfort and care. I have also completed a ten-month surgical and restorative dental implant residency at the Titanium Implant Institute of California. This extensive program, sponsored by Nobel Biocare, gave me invaluable skills to confidently place and restore dental implants.
I am an active member in numerous professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the San Fernando Dental Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the International Dental Implant Association.
My passion for CEREC and digital dentistry has allowed me to volunteer my time a few times a year as a mentor at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, teaching/mentoring other dentist in the knowledge that I utilize on a daily basis in my office. I was also selected by my local dental supply company, Patterson Dental, to be an in-office CEREC trainer to help provide further training for new CEREC dentists.
As an office, we are also active in our community. Weve held the annual Dr. Ted Fang Blood Drive, sponsored by the American Red Cross, for the past ten years. I also have sponsored and donated to numerous charities, most notably to the American Cancer Society, the Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles, and local community athletic and theater organizations.
I am a native of Kingston, NY and currently live in Porter Ranch with my lovely wife, Jane. She is also a fellow dentist practicing in Thousand Oaks, CA. On a personal level, my wife and I participated in a mission trip to the Dominican Republic, sponsored by the International Dental Implant Association. During that time we donated 30 hours of dental implant surgeries to the local community of San Pedro De Macoris.
On my off days, you can usually find me out on the golf course or at the driving range hitting balls with the goal of one day becoming an elite golfer. I also like to take care of myself physically by working out in the gym or hiking on a nearby trail. I make it a point to travel and experience different countries and cultures as often as possible. Also, on the weekends, you can find me and my wife eating at a highly-rated Yelp-endorsed restaurant followed up with a blockbuster movie at our favorite local theater.

I joined the dental field as a dental assistant in 1975 and became a part of Dr. Fangs team in 1999. Now as our office manager, I help our patients make financial arrangements, work with insurance, and answer any questions our patients may have, whether its in the office or on the phone. I truly love that we have a large base of long-time patients who Ive gotten to know so well over the years. I know weve done a great job when our patients come into the office scared and leave knowing that they can trust us.
I live in Acton, CA with my wonderful husband of 17 years. We have five grown children and our first granddaughter, Maxi, who is one year old. We also have two dogs and a bunch of chickens. We love to go camping in our motorhome and take rides on our motorcycle and in our 1966 T-Bird!

Dr. Fang did an amazing job with my fillings. The process was very quick and efficient. His assistant Tanzi was also very caring and helpful. All the staff are great at this office! Definitely recommend!

Dr. Fang has been our family dentist for many years. He has always treated us like family and has always been very gentle. His staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well. Recently I had a potentially broken filling and he got me in right away to check it out. At the visit he determined is was broken. I was expecting that he would then schedule me for the repair, but to my surprise he got me in the same day for the repair. Thank you Dr. Fang.

DR. Fang and his staff are kind, friendly and very professional. The technology in his off is state of the art and the pain free process makes for a pleasant experience. Beside some basic dental work I had several cosmetic teeth installed and Dr. Fangs attention to detail and the quality of the work made the new teeth look better that the originals ever did. I am very pleased with the whole process and would defiantly recommend Meridian Dental Arts.

Dr. Fang and his staff are the best I've ever gone to, hands down. I have a pretty bad anxiety disorder and have had bad experiences in the past with dentists, so it takes a lot to impress me. Adrianna was amazing doing my cleaning and was so reassuring and soothing when I had a panic attack, very understanding. Honestly, I cant say enough good things about her! And apparently I also burn through anesthetic pretty quick, so I had to keep getting numbed for her to do her work and she was super patient with me and didn't at all made me feel like I was being difficult or anything. They explain everything well and everyone is so warm and friendly. Dr. Fang really seems like he cares about each and every one of his patients, he asks about my family (who all now go to him, as well) and he was patient with me and my numbing issues. The office also puts you at ease as soon as you go in with the music, aromatherapy, and the nature scenes on TV. If you are looking for a great dentist in the AV, look no further!

I haven't been to a dentist in nearly 20 years, aside from emergency dentistry/extractions. I have a phobia of dentists, created by a dentist in my youth. It was time I saw a dentist now though, and my family had good things to say about Dr. Feng so I decided to go. I entered his building, and was greeted by a friendly face behind a mask, a nice smell of essential oils filled my nose, quite pleasantly, subtle but still noticeable. On the tv screen to my left played a nature show, tranquil music filled the air. I felt at ease nearly immediately and as I filled out paperwork I felt relaxed. I was given a shot of something to rinse, peroxide?, in a clean bathroom, well kept. I was given a tour of the facility, including a wall of Dr. Feng's accomplishments which were numerable. I was then sat in a comfortable chair and given my choice of tv show to watch, I declined as I was quite nervous and nowhere near able to concentrate. I was asked questions, and I wondered why they were gathering this information, only later once I met the Dr. was it revealed that it was so the doctor could get to know me more personally, instead of being just another number. They were quite thorough in taking several x-rays at varying angles, and using a small camera to take photos of my teeth inside. The phobia associated with drilling cavities still lingered and I had to go back for a potential root canal and filling of two cavities. Within minutes of sitting in the chair I was numbed like I had never been numbed before and the work progressed. The cavities were filled and a permanent crown was created on site for me and installed in the same visit. During down time while he shaped my crown, the Dr. asked personal questions about me from the information he was given in my initial exam, getting to know me instead of retreating to an office and leaving me alone to stare out the window. It was quite a nice bedside manner and conversation. My fear of dentists lingers, but I have gained a newfound trust for this one, and I will continue to see Dr. Feng for as long as I can. He has gained my trust.

I have been going to Dr Fang's office for about 20 years. He has consistently stayed at the forefront of technological advancements in dental work. I'm always impressed with house skillful he is in administering pain free shots. I moved out of state and had several bad experiences with other dental offices. He is always very upfront with the work I need done, and doesn't try to only push me towards having work done where he might make more money, like other offices have done to me in the past. His skill level is so much better than other offices I have been to, that it makes it worth it for me to travel back to have dental work done from several States away. His staff is always incredibly friendly, and they do an amazing job of finding appointment times to accommodate my schedule.

I don't really create reviews. However, Ted has been a great help. Great customer service, an amazing dentist, and his office are top-notch. I HIGHLY recommend visiting his office if you live in AV or the Santa Clarita area. Even his prices are affordable.

Dr. Fang and his staff have finally made me feel at ease going to the dentist. After decades of dealing with bad experiences I've found a place to call my dental home. Today I got some fillings and crown done by Mr.Fang and his assistant Javi. They kept me updated and feeling comfortable the entire time. The equipment feels state of the art and the office itself is beautiful/clean. It's been years since I've gone to the dentist and now I don't need to worry. 10/10 experience. Thank you.

I hadn't seen a dentist in too long out of fear and anxiety but Dr. Fang and his team made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Probably the best dental experience I've ever had has been here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Doctor Fang is very thorough, and explains the process and steps of what you're going through, and any questions are quickly explained. I had to get a crown replaced, and it feels so much better than before, and looks better too!
