At Mercy Health, we understand that every family is a universe. A network of people who love, and support, and count on one other to be there. Everybody means the world to someone and we are committed to care for others so they can be there for the ones they love. With nearly 35,000 employees across regions of Ohio and Kentucky, were one of the largest health care systems in the country. At each of our more than 600 points of care, we deliver high-quality, compassionate care with one united purpose: to help our patients be well in mind, body and spirit.
Mercy Health Foundation helps enable patient access to state-of-the-art technology and experts across Ohio and Kentucky. Each regional foundation outlines the special needs that arise within specific geographic and demographic groups and directs funds.
Our ministry is blessed with inspirational servant leaders who guide their teams to ever higher levels of excellence. They ensure Jesus healing ministry is available to all who seek our help, especially the poor and under-served. I am thankful for their selfless service.
The leadership team at Mercy Health embody our mission of improving the health of our communities. Every member of our leadership team provides unique skills and insights to lead the ministry in decades to come.
With this in mind, we have established a clear goal that Mercy Health services will reduce variation and achieve at least top quartile performance as measured across all the STEEEP aims from the Institute of Medicine. These universal best practices aim for care that is Safe, Timely, Effective, Efficient, Equitable and Patient-centered.
As a result of these efforts, many of our regions consistently rank nationally in the top 20 percent of health systems in the nation for quality and efficiency by Truven, an independent healthcare consulting firm. One region is in the Truven Top 15 Health Systems ranking.
We want you to feel confident that you will receive the finest possible care when you come to us. Anything less would fall short of what the Sisters who founded our health system expect from us and of what we expect from ourselves.

Tried calling today Thursday 07/28 at 3PM and kept trying to call until 3:30PM. NEVER GOT AN ANSWER. So maybe change your hours that are listed online since you obviously close at 3pm and not 4pm. Either that or your just to lazy to pick up a phone.

HORRIBLE experience. I went in for an emergency tooth extraction.they slit my mouth open from the roof to the gum. Set appointments MONTHS out no check ups and do not give reminders. Do not give pain medications. Do not give antibiotics. They are useless here just like every other druggy town doctor office.

Been trying to reach them for 2 days now. No one ever answers and when they do they hang up on you. It says if it's an emergency that you can dial the hospital operator and she will transfer you to a dental resident but the operator will transfer you to the emergency room or back to the same message from the dental clinic. I've left messages and received no call back. While I am having a dental emergency. Tried calling other dentists and the won't take me because it was done by another dentist. They suggest me to get immediate attention from this dentist of which I cannot reach.

Last time I went there, waited for 4 hours to be seen for an abscess. Once taken back, I was told they couldn't do anything that day that I had to make an appointment and the first available was over 2 weeks away. Dentist told me to go home and take tylenol that the infection wasn't that bad even though I could actually feel it. By the time I got home the entire side of my face was so swollen I couldn't open my eye. That night I started running a fever and ended up having convulsions. Will NEVER go back there again. I should have seen an attorney in all honesty.

If you need emergency help do not go here. You will leave in the same condition 4 hours later.. But they will schedule an appointment for 2 weeks later.. False advertisement. They said they couldn't pull my tooth because I'm a walk in. As I ...

I was taken in and seen as a courtesy because I came in as an emergency. Dang! The only way to get what you need done is to be homeless and pay for the stuff outta pocket you need. They don't deserve one star even.
