I had a very pleasant experience with the doctor and her staff. I was very nervous about my procedure and the doctor was very patient. She explained every step and took her time until I was ready. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. It's not easy to find a good dentist. I am grateful to her attention to detail and fortunate to have found a doctor as caring and comforting and Dr. Diaz. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Diaz.

This place is horrible I only gave one star because there's not less than one starts but let me tell you something the dentist did a horrible job my jaw bone got expose I got an infection and the next day I went to get an appointment and let them know what was going on and the doctor didn't care at all she left early for the day and leave me hanging then , the person in the front desk she was very nasty No help at all she was trying To get into an argument with me but I'm in such a pain that what I only want it's a rush appointment and somebody to help me with my issue that in the first place is their fault. Let me tell you something if you even think to come to this dentist my advice find another person find another place no no don't go through what I went through I only went to take molar out It was a red flag when they began Without giving time to my Anesthesia to kick in . It was very scary And look how I end up it's been days that I don't sleep With such a pain

Promo Bait and Switch. Took payment prior to service then handed me a bill for $900 for a "deep cleaning". I ate before appointment but would never think hard boiled eggs would require "deep cleaning". Ive always self paid and never in my life been told such BS. Lost future revenue for a family of 5. #smartbusiness

Amazing service and experience is being provided at Mercy Dental corp. Highly professional and hospitable. Very few places left in Miami with high standard of care and attention towards patients, this is one of them. Will definitely recommend to family members and friends!
