Mercer Sydell in Milton - I just had my initial visit after 20+ years with another dentist. The office is very nice, the hygienist and dentist were extremely thorough. I feel as though I made a great choice! I have been back every 6 months for a few years, except for one visit during Covid. My only complaint is that I have had a different hygienist every visit. You really see the hygienist more than the dentist and I like to establish a relationship with my hygienist. That's difficult to do when you have a different one every visit.

Everyone in the office is professional and pleasant. Dr. Sydell has a very soft touch. I highly recommend this practice.

Super friendly, respectful, and professional. From phone receptionists to the dental assistant to dentist to checkout, always caring and compassionate. Jen was my Hygienist and was gentle, meticulous, and always pleasant. Dr Adam is very thorough, personable, and professional. Highly recommended! Can't say enough great things about Mercer-Sydell! Always excellent service with superior attention to detail and great personality to go with their business-minded services. Back again...broken tooth. Given options and the dentist recommendation...went with what the professional recommended. Always a pleasant experience, yes even for a dentist!

The entire staff at Mercer Sydell are consummate professionals, courteous, extremely friendly and helpful. They don't just care about your teeth, they care about your overall Heath and wellbeing. I highly recommend them!!!

I hadn't been there for several years and everyone was still polite and friendly like they had been in previous years. Going to the dentist is never easy but they try to make you as comfortable as possible even if the news is bad, like it was for me. Oh well.

I'm leaving 1 star in order to be able to leave a review. This dental practice is a complete joke! I arrived for my daughters appointment that was scheduled for 12:15PM. After arriving at 12:22 due to traffic from road work. I was told not only would the dentist not be seeing my daughter due to the dentist taking lunch( the waiting room was completely empty!) what dentist decides to take lunch when they were booked to fill a cavity?? The woman at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I voiced my displeasure I was met with more attitude! My daughter never sees the same dentist when ever she has been in for previous work. It's a joke of a business. I was told my daughters appointment was scheduled for 12! When I said no actually it was 12:15 the lady behind the desk became belligerent and said she called me yesterday and confirmed the 12 appointment when I showed her the text alert from their office with the correct time of 12:15 she still continued to tell me I was wrong lol! I called the office just now and explained how I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to and wanted a call back from a dentist not the office manager and that's when she hung up on me! This unacceptable! I'm not done I will continue to call the office and leave reviews on all the business pages I can find pertaining to this unprofessional office! If you're reading this Mercer and Sydell you need to clean house in that office immediately! You're practice is being handled by rude, uneducated, lying office staff- Jessica Luongo (Lewes, DE)

I saw Dr.Mark Chavratt and his assistant Amanda. This was a scheduled appointment to do a difficult filling. Dr. Mark kept me informed what he was doing and how it was going. Very pleased with this visit and highly recommend Dr. Chavratt and Amanda for their professional services.

The staff was very helpful and the dentist had a great "bedside" manner, He explained all my options and talked to me during the procedure telling me what he was doing as he went along. I have already referred them to someone I know as the best dentistry to go to.
