Dr. Mercado and her back office staff are great, however; whom ever is in charge of scheduling appointments needs to be fired! Stop overbooking your patients on Saturdays that will have them waiting for over an hour to be seen! It's completely unacceptable and unprofessional and you will have more people walk out! If you are not able to treat you patients within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment, then maybe you're not able to handle the job!

I have been with Dr Dolly since I moved to Hayward in 2013, even during the months when I had no insurance and pay everything out of my pocket. Never any surprise, and all as expected. However, I do agree that overbooking was true and bad. I talked to the staff about this and I moved to weekdays afterwards.

Very warm and courteous group of people working on caring for my whole family's dental health. From reception to dentists, hygienists and office support. I recommend this clinic to my friends all the time.
