They have really friendly caring staff. I was taken in for my appointment on time, they even sent me a reminder to show up early to fill out paperwork. Robin did a great job of cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays, and managed to get stains whitening strips couldn't remove. The Dr was thorough, and answered my questions. Very happy with my experience, will be back in 6 months.

I have brought my children here for years! I have always loved this office, especially the new dentist there. Julie (the office manager) has told me multiple times I have called that appointments were booked up, and encouraged me to book somewhere else. I waited because it wasn't a rush and we love this place. I called again Monday and the other lady got me in for Thursday which was odd considering a month ago they were booked, but people cancel all the time so I just overlooked it. Honestly it was perfect because my foster kid has to have an appointment this month so we couldn't put it off any longer. I have six kids so it's always a little extra and wild, can't even deny that. My past experiences, they have been SO patient which is why I loved the office so much. Julie always has made us feel welcome until today. Today, my kids werent near as unruly as they have been in the past, but Julie seemed very bothered by them. The dental assistant Bri was absolutely amazing and kept her composure very well to be in the environment she is working in. (I realized today she is probably not as appreciated as she should be in that office). My kids love her because she is literally so sweet and patient and gentle with them. I made sure to tell her that because not everyone can handle ADHD or autism as easily as she did. We have a diverse group of disabilities and she was accomadating to each and every one of them which is exactly why I waited. Anyway, the way Julie treated her IN FRONT of the patients, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN, was absolutely disgusting. This is a professional setting. You're supposed to lead by example and the way she mistreated her employee (which I assume was because of us) was a quick glimpse of her character, I'm sure. I hope she has the decency to apologize and recognize that if her tolerance with children ends with her own fosters, family dentistry isn't a mindful career choice for herself.. No parent or child or employee deserves to feel like a nuisance in a place they're supposed to be. Very unfortunate. I hate to leave a place we love for poor management, but I also don't support treating genuine employees that way.

Horrible horrible horrible, Do not believe fake stars given to this place , read the negative ones who had terrible experience like myself including my other family members m. starting with the front desk who are extremely rude and disrespectful. I spent so much time and thousands of dollars for simple crown done by an assistant not a dentist, so many complications, infections, pain and etc... no one cared . Sure they're done with patients as soon as they charge your bank card. I would not set foot in this place , wouldn't call the owner even I got a feed back ti my initial review, and made my complain to BBB, and just switched to a decent dentist who is redoing my crowns .

When I went for my first visit they were wonderful and very friendly. But, when you call the office and leave a message no one ever calls you back. That's the frustrating part!!!

Absolutely love Meramec Family Dentistry! They are so kind and Patient and work with everyone. They care about their patients and really work with you for a plan on any dental needs you may need. Highly recommend!

The whole staff at meramec dental are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I was informed of everything before they pulled my tooth, asked if i had any questions and made sure my mouth was numb every step through the process. I would recommend anyone to this dentist. I had no complications during or afterwards.

I went to this office and saw a few different dentists. One caught my lip in the pliers tool they use to remove your teeth and clamped down on my lip and cut it. Another knocked out a different tooth and when she put it back it she didn't bother to remove the built up glue on my mouth or the crown itself to make sure when they added more glue it wouldn't be too high ...which it was and I bit down and cracked 2 teeth but she swore the whole time that my teeth were level. She filed some off and broke a 1000.00 crown and I choked on it as it went down. She didn't bother to inform me of that. This office has caused me more problems with my teeth and if I could rate you a minus 10 I would do so. I ended up with infections, cracked teeth, teeth removed that shouldn't have been. You are horrible to say the least!

I would highly recommend this dental office. I spoke with Sarah and she was not only helpful but was very accommodating and knowledgeable of what I needed. She made my visit very pleasant and I did not have to wait long before I was seen by the dentist. Very professional staff.

I would recommend Meramac family dentistry. The dentist is a nice down to earth guy. He is easy to talk and joke around with. Now for Victoria she is completely awesome she is good at what she does. She seems to know her stuff and is just an awesome person . Easy to talk to and also really down to earth. I would recommend Victoria to any all people that go or should go to meramac family dentistry. And I also have to shout out to another person there that tries her hardest to work with everyone to find how u can find lower prices for the work that needs to be done and her name is Julie. Also I will say just another awesome person that is easy to talk to. Thanks so much for making me feel comfortable and at ease for my dental work. U all r awesome.

I would highly recommend this dental office not only for their wonderful care but for their office staff especially Sarah. There were questions about my dental insurance and getting my files sent from the other dental office and thanks to Sarah she got the insurance answers as I was there and worked on getting my hard to get files accomplished by the end of the day. Her pleasant up beat personality was refreshing. Thank you Meramec Dental office especially Sarah.

Just had a check-up and cleaning. Clean environment, kind staff, and fast service. I really liked the hygienist, Jennifer, who cleaned my teeth! Very gentle :)
