Always a great experience!! Always so friendly during phone calls, check in, entire visit through check out. Facility is very nice and always clean with a nice atmosphere. Monica and Dr. Rowbottom both take great care of both my husband and I. I have been to offices in the past (locally) and was NOT a good experience several times... thankfully numerous friends and family referred us here and we now tell everyone this is the place to go!!

From the helpful and pleasant staff to Dr. Rowbottom, Who always has a smile on his face. He is ready to answer and explain any question I have. I had a root canal done and they go out of their way to make sure you are as comfortable as possible, and as pain free as possible. The assistant explained the procedure and answered my questions. I think Dr. Rowbottom and Shannon did a fantastic job!

Had an insurance discrepancy and both primary and secondary insurance paid and because of a timing error on the insurance - claim was sent to collections. Both insurances paid full amount and this facility feels it necessary to go back and forth about this situation. I have contacted the credit agency and they have stated that this is a fee from the facility. I have contacted the facility and they pushed it back to the credit agency. If both insurances pay 100% there can be no over charging or charges at all.

They were wonderful with my 5 year old son. It was his first cleaning and she was so great with him. He's a nervous kid and she was able to make it fun and comfortable for him. He enjoyed the experience and is looking forward to going back in 6 months.

I'm a new patient. Referred to them by a friend and current patient. I received the most thorough exam that I've ever had. I appreciated that I was shown actual pictures from the xrays and everything was explained to me. The office was very sterile and friendly. Looking forward to a long history with this office.

This was my first time at this facility. I went because I love my hygienist Kristin. The facility was clean and the rest of the staff were super helpful and genuinely kind. It was a great first time visit. I'm not one to like going to the dentist but I look forward to my next appointment

I was in need of two teeth being crowned because of fracture along with a third being replaced that had been broken and extracted. All three in the front. After many bad experiences over the years I was very apprehensive to go with a new young Dr. But, on Dr Deshmukh's advice I did and I have to say Dr Wilcoxen is a standout. With all the shots and the 2 hour procedure there was NO pain. Plus when the anesthetic wore off I was good also. I would recommend him to anyone. His nurse Shannon is also a great compliment to his work.

Everyone at Meramec Dental Center are always friendly, helpful and always provide excellent professional service!!!! Dr. Mark and Amy have taken care of our family for years .....and have become family to us. I met Dr. Wilcoxson and know he will be a wonderful addition to your group!! I've been coming here for years and I honestly can't think of a single bad experience, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs, if they don't know they take the time to find out. My hygienist always takes time to clean my teeth throughly and they are very personable, you don't feel like just another cleaning.
