Emily has worked in hospitality and customer service for the last seven years, with a background in event planning and restaurant management. Her passion is building relationships, while creating memorable and lasting experiences for all patients.
She attended University of Wisconsin-Stout where she received her Bachelors in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management, with an emphasis in Event Planning. While attending Stout, she played for the Women's Soccer team and was awarded with a spot on the 2013 All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athlete Conference team.

When I first moved to the Milwaukee area, I needed a Dental Home. A Dentist office that will make me feel welcomed, cherished and give their honest Dental opinion. Dr. Julie's is helping me reach my million dollar smile goal by telling me honest dental opinion regarding receiving an implant. She has applied the 6-month smile (since there is not enough space for the implant) and I cannot wait for the result! No matter how many times I knocked my bracket out, she was willing to squeeze me in (same day) to fix the bracket without question, just so my result came come faster because she values my end goal. I really appreciate this dental office! They know how to make a person feel at home greeting me as soon as I walk in, knowing my name and being personable! That is very important to me. Shout out to Mindy, Tammy, Kristen and Lori! They all helped me when it came down to scheduling my appointment, helping me completed an important form, my 6 month smiled and billing! They told me exactly how much my insurance would cover and exactly how much I had to pay out of pocket. They really make me feel great! Loved my time here so far!

This is the best dentist :)) I have gone to many dentists in my life and this is by far the best!! The staff is amazing, so friendly and understanding. The facility is always clean and is in general very stylish and nice!! They always have your best intrest in mind and care about their patients!!

Awesome experience. Was my first time getting a filling there and dr.Julie and Tammy the assistant did a great job. I didn't even feel the needle going in to numb my mouth. Everyone there are all around nice people and a very clean office!

Fantastic experience! Dr. Julie and her staff were amazing. We recently moved to the area and after being with the same Dentist for 45 years made finding someone new challenging. I tried another, big name, tons of advertising, locations all over, and logically felt that a practice with branding and advertising of this magnitude had to be good right? Well, I was very wrong!!! I was treated for two issues that both ended in failed attempts, a crown that failed twice, led to a root canal, a filling that failed twice that is now resulting in a crown. The staff at the dental farm was robotic, different every time I was there, suggested I visit other locations to make appointment times work and quite frankly was a huge waste of time and money. Dr. Julie and her staff are very personal and caring. They provide conservative options for care along with result expectations. I was provided conservative solutions for both of my issues and both worked!!! I am so happy with the quality, result, and service that I've decided to invest in whitening. Great job Mequon Smile Design!!!

Dr. Julie and all of her assistants (especially Tammy:)) treat me with respect and kindness every time I walk through the door. The welcoming staff, clean office and festive decorations make for an inviting atmosphere. I have a lot of natural teeth issues that I have been dealing with since a young age. This means that my unlucky genetics cause me to see Dr. Julie a little bit too much :) She is more trustworthy and successful with my many issues than any other dentist! They also have amazing connections with and recommendations of Endodontist or Oral Surgery needs. Mequon smile design is a well-rounded and successful office!

I am a 60 year old son of a dentist. I have spent my life in a dental chair with dozens of cavities, root canals, crowns and extractions. Dr. Julie is the best dentist I have ever had. She exhibits a confident professionalism continuously and is incredibly empathetic with her patients! In applying anesthesia, she uses a technique called gate theory. Brilliant and painless. Aren't those the two words we want to use to describe our dentist? Thank you Dr. Julie.

I have been at Mequon Smile Design for my dentist appointments within the last three years. Everyone here is friendly and I got all detailed explanations before my treatments. The process is pretty smooth and I like it a lot!

I am so very glad that Mequon Smile Design is around! Dr. Julie is very kind and knowledgeable, and when I had a dying tooth that happened June of 2020 all of a sudden, she called me and got me in right away! In fact I had called a couple of places' emergency lines kind of in a panic as to what to do about my toothache and she was the only dentist that called me back. Thank you for being there even during the pandemic, I will always be grateful.
