Mentor Smiles was amazing very friendly and knowledgable plus they saved me 2000 dollars. I would recommend anyone getting dental work done to check them out.

Today, I went for the first time. The staff and dentist are very nice. The office is clean, and has state of art dental technology.

this was my first time here and my first time ever getting a root canal and crown. i went for a crown. this was the worst experience i've ever had. when i got the root canal done with dr. Tessaro ( she was amazing, no pain whatsoever ever very nice) i had no pain. she tested my tooth and gums before she started to make sure it was really numb. the whole thing was less than an hour. i came here two days later for the crown and it started okay. she gave me the numbing agent. she began and said raise your hand if you have pain. so i did. she did another numbing injection and began again. she said if it did continue to hurt i would have to come back. i pushed through the pain because i did not want to come back. i had pain the entire time. my appointment was at 1. i was leaving at 4:30. i do not plan to come back here. they told me the total would be $250. i walked out of there paying $409 never again

Had 10 teeth filled in 2021, was told 6 months later all 10 teeth still had decay and cavities by case western reserve.

I struggle with horrible anxiety going to the dentist, heading the Doctor say " don't worry , we are taking care of you now" meant the world to me. All of the staff here are kind and helpful.

After wearing full upper and partial lower dentures for about ten years I was totally fed up with them! They were forever uncomfortable, certain letters and words were hard to pronounce properly, and food tasted just blah! I contacted Mentor Smiles to perhaps get my dentures lined or maybe even get new ones and when Dr. K suggested implants I thought, OMG, I can't afford that! Well, I made the plunge and am sooooo glad I did...I recommend that if you are on the fence about the price, then you need to beg, borrow or (not) steal and go for it! The entire process took about seven months but it was so very worth it. The comfort level alone is worth its weight in gold...it's the closest you can image to natural teeth! Food is delicious again and I feel so confident when speaking and smiling :-) At my age (66) it is unlikely that I will ever need anything more than routine maintenance on my new upper implant and I will not hesitate to someday replace my lower partial bridge when I can afford it! Everyone in the office went out of their way to assist me every step of the way and I am so thankful to have chosen Mentor Smiles!

I chose this place off of Google as I cracked a tooth on NYE and my regular dentist couldn't get me seen for 2 weeks! Mentor Smiles was able to get me in the following Monday, they were quick and told me everything from A-Z. Dr. Khramoy got me out of pain immediately and I was scheduled for the next step 3 days later! I don't do well at the dentist, but Sarah really helped my holding my hand and they talked me through every step to make me feel better. I have already scheduled an exam in less than 2 weeks! Hoping to make this my new dentist!

I went to Mentor Smiles the other day to have some major work done on my upper back molder, post, build-up, and new crown put in and there was No pain. I have three more to do and they will all be done at Mentor Smiles. The staff was great and the Doctor was fantastic. They have a good Covid-19 protocol in place to keep you safe as well. I will be having all of my dental work done here from now on. I highly recommend this dental facility to everyone.

I had a 1 pm extraction w/Dr. Daher today that I have been dreading for weeks. I have a life long fear of any dental pain. Dr. Daher assured me everything would be fine. At 1:35 pm I was driving out of the parking lot, on my way home. My experience was pain free and fast too. Thank you, Dr. Daher! You are amazing!

The entire staff in the Mentor and Solon offices were professional, caring and kind. They gave me my smile back! They should take before and after pictures for everyone. I did and I wish I could share it! THANK YOU MENTOR SMILES!!!

I've always been anxious about visiting the dentist. This will be the first time in all my adult years where I can say I will go nowhere else... the staff is kind, the dentist makes you aware of the entire process, the positive, and even the possible negative outcomes... thank you.

In February I started the journey to replace my 14 year old dentures & a friend recommended Mentor Smiles. From the first phone call I felt like I had made a great choice and after my first visit I knew that I had. Dr. Daher and the entire staff were friendly & kind and took the time to listen to my concerns and were very understanding about my anxiety in regards to replacing my dentures. I got my new dentures (3D digital milled dentures which I love, thank you Dr. Daher for suggesting them as an option) in April and required 3 adjustments, each time they got me in the next day and with 1 appointment Dr. Daher's schedule was completely full but she rearranged it to make time for me which I greatly appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and have recommend Mentor Smiles to several people. I will never go anywhere else.

It was a rewarding and pleasure to visit Mentor Smiles on today (10/14/2020). Everyone I had contact with was smiling and showed they valued me as a person. The technician that attended to me, was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me through, what can be a frightening experience in a dentist office. I will be going back for future work. The doctor was super also.
