Denise is a certified dental assistant. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve Universitys EFDA program. She has been assisting for 36 years and has been with Mentor Dental Arts from the beginning. She enjoys yoga, belly dancing and cheering for all the Cleveland sports teams.
Tracy is a registered dental hygienist. She is a graduate of Lakeland Community College and has been practicing dental hygiene for 26 years! She enjoys making a difference in her patients oral and overall health as well as conversing with her patients about whats new and exciting in their lives. She loves spending time with family and being on the beach. Bonus if beach and family time is combined!
Aimee Maciak is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she completed the dental hygiene program in 2015. She is passionate about educating patients on their oral health, striving to provide the highest level of care to each and every one. Every day she has one goal, to create a positive dental experience for everyone sitting in her chair.
She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family and friends. Aimees hobbies include reading and exploring new local restaurants, with a slight addiction to reality TV. Born and raised in Erie, PA - Aimee is new to the Cleveland area and loves tips on trendy or cool places to try.
When you come in for your dental cleanings you will get to meet our registered dental hygienist, Melodie. She is a 2006 graduate of Lakeland Community College and loves meeting new people. Melodie strives to personalize every visit for each patient to build a trusting, long-term, strong relationship. She will listen to your concerns and create a comfortable and relaxing experience. When not at work, she loves spending time outside with her family and dogs.

I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone at Mentor Dental Arts! When you first walk in you are greeted like you are family! The girls in the front could not be any nicer and helpful! My dental hygienist is Tracy and have gone to her for years! She is the first hygienist that I have gone to, that the next day my mouth wasn't sore! Dr. Jez and his assistants are terrific! Dr. Jez is so kind and the assistants follow his lead! Hopefully your experiences will be as great as mine when you become a patient at Mentor Dental Arts!

I have went to this office several years, I was out of the area for awhile. I came back a year ago and everyone is still so nice. I have always had the same hygenist here, she is awesome! They have been great working on a plan with me to get my smile back!!!

As a new patient I was worried about going to a new dentist. Tracy was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and was gentle but my teeth feel great!! The dentist has a great chair side manner and fixed my cavity right up! They have a patient for life!

I've been going to Mentor Dental Arts for many years -- probably at least 25 -- have always had a positive experience. I haven't had a single cavity in all that time so except for a small dental procedure, I've mostly received my bi-annual cleanings there. Everyone is friendly and the office is clean. Even though I moved a little further away 10 years ago, I still go there for my dental care.
