Dr. Virginia 'Ginny' Mennemeyer received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1995 at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. In June of 1997, Dr. Mennemeyer graduated from the orthodontic residency program at the same prestigious institute. Her career began with her mentor, Dr. Sam Winkelmann in Katy, Texas. In 1999, she moved back to her hometown of Troy, Missouri to begin her private practice. Dr. Mennemeyer is currently a member of The Greater Saint Louis Dental Society and the American Dental Association. She serves as Missouri 's Director for the Midwest Society of Orthodontists (MSO) and served as the 2016-2017 President. For the past 8 years, Dr. Mennemeyer has served as the MSO delegate for the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) where she and other professionals meet annually to delegate for the AAO. Locally, she is a member of the Troy Chamber of Commerce and a member of the St. Marys Parish in Hawk Point, Missouri. This year, Dr. Mennemeyer is celebrating 20 years of creating beautiful smiles and building confidence in her patients lives. Dr. Mennemeyer enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends. She is a Troy Buchanan Alum and enjoys supporting the Trojans. She 's also a dedicated fan of Missouri Tiger football and Cardinal 's baseball.
Her husband, Doyle Justus, was also raised in Troy, Missouri. He graduated from the Missouri University-Columbia with a degree in agricultural education. He is currently a teacher at Troy Buchanan High School and serves as an FFA (Future Farmers of America) advisor. Together, they have two children, James and Grace, who attend school here in Troy.

We absolutely LOVE the staff! I cannot express how happy and blessed we are to have found Dr. Mennemeyer. She runs a clean, efficient, competent, friendly and personable staff and facility. From the front office to the back everyone is not only willing to help with anything you need, but happy to! I must say they are a breath of fresh air in the business world. When we transferred from a different state in the middle of braces I didn't think we were going to find another doctor and staff like we had to leave behind and I am more than elated to report we did! If you need an Orthodontist, you've found her. A BIG thanks to Brenda, Dr. Mennemeyer and the rest of the A-Team for going above and beyond to aid us in getting our family set up in a new area. I am usually a stickler when it comes to good customer service, but this office is wonderful. They are courteous and every staff member is on the same page and knowledgeable. They are considerate of your schedule and stay on track with appointment times, they send reminders and make it as fun as possible for the kids and their families. They seem to be very up to date with the latest orthodontic options and technology. Highly recommend this office, can't say enough good about them.

I took my daughter to Mennemeyer to get braces and I was so pleased with the result! Their service was exceptional, and very speedy. Everyone there was cheerful and sweet. My daughter got her braces on without a hitch, and hasn't complained yet!

I went to Mennemeyer Orthodontics for Invisalign. Not only is my smile perfect now, but I love that one flat fee took care of all the appointments, materials, replacement attachments-- everything. No surprise charges ever!

Dr. Mennemeyer is fun yet professional with my child. I'm very happy with the fact she is conservative in her approach. She didn't push us to get his braces too early. We're able to get in & out pretty quickly & able to get appointments that don't interfere with his school.
