An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Five stars for Dr. King, 1 star for Billing. First, I will start with the Dentist I have had over the 18 years have been wonderful. As for office staff and hygienist, they don't stay long and do try and upsell you during your routine cleaning. My biggest issue is when we do need a crown, wisdom teeth removal (kids), fillings they tell us it's hundreds or thousands of dollars... so I started checking with my insurance before I gave over any money, sure enough it was way way less out of my pocket, which makes me so mad that I have to call my insurance and can't trust them this has been going on for years now. I wonder how much money they have taken from me for all the times I didn't call 1st. And sadly every time I have to call my insurance they make me file a complaint because in California that's fraudulent. My insurance doesn't give me the option to find a private practice. A few examples.... wisdom teeth, they wanted $600 after I called insurance $50. Filling's $330 after calling $20. Just call your insurance before you pay anything. Again, I love our Dentist just wish staff would do the right thing...if we could afford to just fork out $hunderds of dollars we would be going to a private practice. Just do the right thing for your clients

This place literally price gouges for everything. My husband needed an implant put in and the procedure took multiple appts and cost about $6000 overall. In addition, my husband has super strong healthy teeth and has always been complimented on them. At his last appointment with Menifee Smiles, he was told he would need a deep cleaning that would not be covered by insurance and would cost about $2000. He decided to go back to his old dental office and get a second opinion. They were so confused about why he was told he would need a deep cleaning. He had his normal yearly cleaning and was on his way. To top it off, his previous office said they would have only charged 2k for his implant. Welp, we are out 4k and never going here again.

Extremely disappointed. First and last visit did not go well. Was called the day of the appointment to verify our scheduled arrival at 12pm , then called 11:30 am (30 minutes prior) to advise the doctor was "running late 15 minutes ". Arrived at 11:50 am and sat in office so spouse could make her noon appointment. After some time, they called me in and completed extensive digital x-rays and full 360 panoramic scan. Once completed, I was taken to the exam room where the good doctor didn't show up for another hour! Never introduced himself or offered an apology, just hastily initiated an oral exam lasting approximately 5 minutes, suggested I needed a "periodontal deep cleaning" then said everything was fine and all I needed today was a normal cleaning. Waited another 30 minutes before the receptionist came in and said she was on the phone with my insurance to verify coverage for said periodontal deep cleaning, she was unsure how much longer the phone call would take, and suggested I reschedule another appointment once they have the authorization. In total , I sat in the dental office for 2 hours 24 minutes . I had an unusually large number of digital x-rays and full mouth scan taken , and I DID NOT receive the normal cleaning I had originally scheduled and expected. I will say, this is my first experience with Delta Care (HMO) since turning 65 and now on Medicare Advantage. After today's dismal experience, I plan to return to my former dental office for further care, and pay out of pocket for superior care and treatment, rather than subject myself to this aggravation again.

The staff is friendly. I have been to dentists where they overbook and even though you show up on time, you have to wait a long time. That has not happened here in my last 3 visits. The staff is friendly and concerned about client happiness. Just having that awareness sets the bar high for customer service. I recommend this dentist if your in the network. I haven't had to experience the cash side of this dentist.

Had a crown shatter, called menifee smiles, they adjust there schedule for me to get in and have it repaired. Doctor was great, to the point and staff was fantastic. Doctor king Vee Erika I recommend these folks at 5 stars

Just transferred to this dentist, never had any issues in the past. Coming into this, they said I couldn't get my regular basic cleaning even tho I've kept relatively the same hygiene as my last dentist. So, instead of having my insurance cover it, I had to pay an extra 200 for the exact same procedure. Honestly, it was even less thourough than my last dentist. Thinking of going somewhere else. They are just after your money

I went for my first time ever as an emergency patient due to an old crown from a previous dentistry and making the appointment was super easy. I was greeted at the front by Vee and all the assistants were super friendly. Dr. King was professional and very gentle with my treatment. My root canal was also done at the same office! Cynthia helped me out with my insurance benefits, financial arrangement, and even scheduled all my future appointments. Such an awesome office and experience, I would definitely recommend! :)

I was able to get in to see Dr. King within 24 hours of chipping a crown. My entire experience from start to finish was really great. The staff was really friendly and the office was clean and up to date. Dr. King was gentle with setting up a complimentary filling to hold me over. Thank you!!

It's always a lil scary visiting a new dentist. I've had multiple dental issues come up recently, and at the recommendation of my husband who is already a patient at Menifee Smiles I decided I would visit their office. When I initially called to schedule an appointment Vee was extremely helpful and got me in quickly to be seen. When I arrived for my appointment everyone was very friendly and made sure my appointment went seamlessly. Ericka was super fast with taking my X-rays and a pleasure to talk to. When Dr. King came in to explain his findings he was very transparent and patiently took the time to answer my questions, reassuring me that my issues could be fixed and a plan of action to get it done. He provided multiple options to resolve the issues and never made me feel as though it was all or nothing. Vee was even more amazing in person just as she had been over the phone, she finished off the visit with an explanation of insurance/costs and setup all necessary appointments. Though I haven't had the work done yet, based on how awesome everyone was on this first visit I'm confident I've made the right choice with Menifee Smiles.

This dentist office is amazing, all the ladies upfront are all so sweet and helpful. Jerrika especially is always so helpful with billing and scheduling future appointments. She was very sweet and accommodating when I had to come in for an emergency visit when I had a broken and infected tooth during my pregnancy. They are very professional and get to you quickly. Dr. Mendoza did my daughters fillings and extraction and was great with her because she was so nervous. She made her feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing. We have switched our whole family to this dentist.
