An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

I had Vince as Hygienist and he did an incredible job, friendly and calm. My doctor Dr. Patel is amazing, He explains everything, very patience and nice. Yuri and Amy in the front desk make it an even more pleasant experience. Truly they are all doing an incredible job and is an amazing blessing to have found them to take care of my husband and my teeth. The office is always clean and bright. Thank you so much for providing such an incredible service.

If you are looking for dental work, this is the place, it's so pleasant & professional starting from Dr, to all the staff, they are honest & they do excellent work, I had my teeth cleaning & new crown, Dr, Patel has so much experience, & carful with his work ,he make sure his patient have no pain ,& his lovely assistant dental Iris she is so energized & pleasant to do the work, & all the staff working in this place great & wonderful, they welcomed patient with big smile I recommended this dental office for any dental work.

Best dental office I've ever had. And I've had several. Dr. Poulson is excellent and knows what he is doing. He's excellent at what he does. Dr Zeta is so kind, gentle and wonderful at explaining everything she's doing. The staff is great. So attentive and care about your comfort and your experience. I went in for a cleaning today and there was some confusion with the price and what I agreed to get done. The staff were all so patient with me and explained everything to me in detail and gave me an itemized bill showing what each charge was for. I really appreciate when people take the time to be kind and explain things to someone who is very new to understanding dental insurance and all of the procedures. They showed great professionalism in dealing with all of my concerns. The hygienist that did my cleaning, Kiara, was fantastic and so sweet. I really felt like she cared about the quality of her work.

I have been trying to go to this dentist since they opened because they are down the street from my house. It has been hit and miss. Today, I received a call that my appointment that I scheduled over six months ago is canceled and I'm now on a waitlist bc the dentist has moved. My appointment was for Monday and they called me on Friday. The dentist moved six months ago and I am just now being informed about it. I now have to wait to see how long it takes for me to get a new appointment because I'm on a waitlist or find a new dentist. I'm going with the latter because this isn't the fist time something like this has happened with this office. I also got half a laser cleaning two years ago. For some reason they couldn't do all of it that day and I am still waiting for the second half. They are unorganized and too busy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I know I will. If you can actually get in the whole thing isn't bad but I can't risk losing my insurance because of this incompetence.

1000% recommend! Woke up with a swollen face and Yuri (the sweetest!) was able to squeeze me in right away. Dr Poulsen was extremely friendly and quickly told me what the problem was.. my wisdom teeth :( I was in and out so quickly and with my removal appointment scheduled. Dr Izadi was my surgeon and he was professional, kind, and so fast! You'll get the best care with the team from this office.

Be leery of this place. Dr. Owen quoted me over $5,000 worth of work. I got a second opinion at another smile generation provider and it turned out I only needed $600 worth of work. Always get another opinion, there's a reason why every dentist wants to do their own diagnostic. There are bad people in every profession.

My husband was just treated here and quoted one price a week ago and then the price went up over 100 suddenly. Not happy. He tried telling them that he was refusing care and would like them to tell him why the price is different which is when he was told that there was a system error and that they would fix before the end of appointment but it would be the price quoted last week. He got done with the work and low and behold they were charging him the higher price. We will not be returning there nor will we ever recommend them.

Front line workers stay away. Was denied my appointment after arriving due to working with Pt's with COVID. I was also promised several times the office manager would call me with my options as I needed dental work done (old filling fell out), still waiting, 11 days now. Unprofessional, go elsewhere.

"All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth." Can you imagine wanting that as an adult?! How embarrassing... Dr. Poulsen (and the entire staff at Menifee Lakes Dental Group) was amazing. Called ahead of time to let them know about wisdom tooth removal, asked if oral surgeon available and was told YES we have one. If you need a surgeon we have one here. Made appointment and on my visit, today 3-3-2021 dentist said that they cannot extract my wisdom tooth and that I need an oral surgeon who will be available 3-31-2021. So I sat here for 1.5 hrs to be told that I may need an oral surgeon. That's what I asked when I made my appointment.
