What shines light on Dr Tsai's skill and, more importantly, her integrity is that whenever she has several options that will have equally good outcomes, she chooses the one that is cheaper for the patient.

Dr Tsai is a great dentist! Her work is is excellent as well as her people skills. She is so kind and accommodating. My family has been with her for 10 years and we plan to stay under her care.

Dr. Tsai is very professional and friendly. She explains every detail of my teeth to me, which comfort me and make me know how to protect my teeth. Stephanie at the front desk is also very nice to help me do the paperwork. I highly recommend anyone who has the dental care needs visiting Dr. Tsai! Excellent service and reasonable price!

Dr. Tsai is very professional and friendly. She explains every detail of my teeth to me, which comfort me and make me know how to protect my teeth. I've been coming here for over ten years now. All my cleanings and fillings have been done here. Would highly recommend Dr Thai for your dental work.

This office was good my first visit. With each subsequent visit it became less than stellar. Recently one hygenist did my cleaning and he did the sloppiest cleaning I've ever had. The office never called to confirm my appointment this time as they used to before. And on top of it all they charged me a surprise $10 COVID fee. Firstly, this office has terrible communication. Secondly, they surprise you with charges and fees. They are not transparent. If they had better communication and transperancy I'd still be with them. If they told me about extra fees I wouldn't mind. So, due to this and other issues, 2 customers lost.

I've just got my teeth and my kid's teeth cleaned by Dr. Tsai and she did a great job. My child has lots of stains and not only did she get them cleaned but was very comfortable with her. Normally at someplace else 3 people would need to assist, but here my child sat calmly and listened to the dentist's instructions without being scared. She is personable and tries to make you feel comfortable especially during the pandemic. Her office cares about safety and the well being of patients during these difficult times by using special air filters to purify the air, extra cleanings between patients and use extra PPE. The office even have a box of gloves in the front desk to invite people to use to keep safe. I think due to the scarcity of PPE and how expensive it is to get supplies by adding a small fee to my bill is not unreasonable. I highly recommend this place and I'm very particular about where I go. Btw, they were very upfront and took time to explain about the fees and my insurance beforehand in layman's terms.

Dr. Tsai and her staff are very friendly, have a warm environment. They can accommodate my schedule easily. My entire family has used their service for almost 5 years. I would highly recommend her to my friends.

Dr. Tsai was able to fit me in when I urgently needed an old filling replaced. The experience was quick and painless and her assistant is very kind and friendly. This is a nice clean office with modern equipment and I would highly recommend Dr Tsai to my family and friends.
