Dr. Meng graduatedfrom the highly acclaimed University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, one of three Ivy Leaguedental schools.He completed hisdental training ranking #1 in a class of 105 dental students. He continued his Orthodontic training at Ohio StateUniversity, one of the mostadvanced Orthodontic training center in the world.He is also the proud recipient of the American Association ofOrthodontics Award for excellence in the orthodontic field.During his tenure atOSU, he also studied sportsmouthguards. His mentors were Dr. Deborah Mendel who is the team dentist for The Ohio State Buckeyes andDr. William Brantley who is a world renowned dental material guru.Dr. Mengs research was published on DentalMaterials which is the most influential peer reviewed scientific journal in this field. Dr. Meng studied Human Physiology and received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Florida, College of Medicine. He published many research articles in internationally recognized journals and presented his research at numerous international meetings.Dr. Meng joined Dr. Richard Sparks ' well respected practicein 2008.Since Dr. Sparks ' retirement in 2011, Dr. Meng has continued his legacy of one of the longest standing orthodontic practices in the Valley, serving both North Phoenix and Glendale for over 41 years. In his spare time, Dr. Meng enjoys traveling, basketball, tennis and spending time with his family. I would like to begin by stating that I love this office. The doctor and the staff are great! I did however have a bad experience after getting my braces removed. I followed the doctor's recommendations. He stated that he would be able to fix my one overlapping tooth with a retainer, so with his advice I took off my braces and for a year we tried to correct the overlapping with a retainer. Now, I have four overlapping teeth and Dr. Meng states he cannot fix them with the retainer and I would have to pay to fix them by getting braces again.

Extremely happy with my choice to begin my daughter's treatment with Dr. Meng. His office team is friendly and professional. Dr. Meng is knowledgeable and kind. Wonderful orthodontic place!

I love the location and hours. I also love the people who work there. Dr. Meng truly is the best orthodontist in Phoenix. I can not say enough good things after this wonderful office and wonderful experience we had during my braces treatment. I highly recommend them!

This office is very honest. No hidden cost. There is no charges to fix broken braces which is a big plus. Dr. Meng is very professional and shows great care about his patients.

Top customer service! Warm and welcoming. My daughter has been Dr. Meng's patient for a year now. I can not say enough good things about this orthodontic office. Dr. Meng called us the night she got her braces on to make sure everything was fine. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
