Dr. Sawyer is a graduate of Wasilla High School in Wasilla, Alaska. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1998 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota in 2004. Dr. Sawyer has been practicing dentistry in both Blaine and Burnsville for over 12 years. He has also taken extensive continuing education classes in Endodontics (root canal therapy) and emergency care and has implemented both Implant surgery and restorative implant treatments in his office. Additionally, he has added Botox and Juvederm for both cosmetic and medical applications. Dr. Sawyer lives in Apple Valley with his wife Wendy and their two young children, Stone and Savannah. Stone will be attending 3rd grade and Savannah is excited to move up to 1st grade in the fall. Outside the office Dr. Sawyer enjoys biking, rollerblading and swimming with his family. He also enjoys playing golf and watching sporting events.

The staff here is great. I've been going here for several years now and have always had positive experiences. Dr Sawyer is great and takes a resonable approach to deciding what really needs work or is fine to watch. Highly recommend!

When my mother, (Alzheimer's patient), broke a front tooth, we needed help--on many levels. Dr Sawyer helped repair the tooth with gentle and reassuring skill. While my mom wasn't in physical pain, the unfamiliarity of environment, along with the disruption to her routine could've been her biggest fear. Yet everything was just ideal. My mom left feeling and looking good. The doctor, and the whole staff, gave my mom the reassurance that her mind required. What a blessing to have Dr Sawyer. Have seen Dr. Sawyer on a few occasions and the experience has been great each time. Never have to worry about them trying to sell you on a procedure that isn't necessary unlike some other dental offices I have been to in the past.

Being an anxious dental patient and needing a crown - - fill in the blanks. Dr Fredricks does fantastic work and my only regret is not having found her as my dentist years ago. Top notch care, and top notch staff.

I normally dread going to the dentist, but the staff here are friendly and attentive. They also have a lot of different instruments/equipment so that they can offer as pain free a cleaning as possible. I have never had a better dental appointment. The waiting room is almost like being in a salon or spa.

I've been seeing Dr. Frederick for the past year...She repaired a crown initially for me and did a terrific job and I've been back since for teeth cleaning/maintenance. Her care is top-notch...modern office and great environment. I highly recommend her work and the work of her hygienists!
