Dr. Bratland and his team are so kind, gentle and supportive in the way they deliver care. They explain things clearly in a way that is easy to understand, and I never feel like they are trying to 'up sell' me any dental care I don't really need. I went through several dentists after my adult life long dentist retired about ten years ago, and was not happy with any of them. I finally found the dentist I hope to have until he retires too, at Crisdental.
An amazing experience, staff were friendly and inviting, making me feel right at home. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder, making it very difficult to do anything, especially a dentist visit. Of the few offices I've been to Crisdental I have felt the most comfortable. In out and done. The work gets done and and done right the first time. Thank you, Dr. Bratland and team, Sean Johnson

Was seen February 2022. Was told they we're sending in a referral to my insurance for me to get dentures. 4 months go by and I don't hear anything. I called the front desk and they tell me they have not received any word on approval. So I called my insurance and spoke with them. My insurance informed me that they never received any referral from the dentist. I had to call back to the dentist to inform them that they never sent in my referral. 4 months! I could have had new dentures by now! My teeth have gotten worse and now I have to super glue my front tooth together.

Great friendly people! Loved my experience there! I was taken care of very well. Got me in right away , after I had a broken filling.

Horrible experience. I went here to get 2 small fillings done and a couple weeks later they fell out. I went back again and got them redone and afterwards my teeth were extremely sensitive and I couldn't bite. I went to a different dentist to get them looked at and found out that the dentist from members plus had left decay under both of the fillings he did. I had to get them refilled another time and then one was still sensitive. I ended up having to get a root canal on one of the teeth. Office manager said she would fix the problem and then would never call me back. Taking further action

Very bad experience. Emergency number is a joke. Besides mistakes that lead to extreme pain. I liked the staff they where friendly but I'm going to another dentist to fix what was done to me at this one

No other office I town will accept my insurance. I have been told I have to go here. I have been trying make an appointment for a month! This office does not answer their phone.
