Dr. Bratland and his team are so kind, gentle and supportive in the way they deliver care. They explain things clearly in a way that is easy to understand, and I never feel like they are trying to 'up sell' me any dental care I don't really need. I went through several dentists after my adult life long dentist retired about ten years ago, and was not happy with any of them. I finally found the dentist I hope to have until he retires too, at Crisdental.

An amazing experience, staff were friendly and inviting, making me feel right at home. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder, making it very difficult to do anything, especially a dentist visit. Of the few offices I've been to Crisdental I have felt the most comfortable. In out and done. The work gets done and and done right the first time. Thank you, Dr. Bratland and team, Sean Johnson

My son is 9 and developed an abces on his gums. He didn't tell us about it until it was huge. So we take him into this dentist for an emergency appointment and the dental hygienist was very nice and professional and tried to help, but the dentist came in barely looked in my son's mouth and told me my son needed surgery but they don't do children's surgery here. So he told me he'd give us meds and a referral to another dentist. The prescriptions he gave me were rejected at the pharmacy for being the wrong dosage, the pain meds he wanted to give my 9 yr/old were heavy adult level hydrocodone. I couldn't reach the dentist office on the phone, even the emergency line didn't pick up. So we had to go to urgent care to get a antibiotic. The dentist never sent in the referral for my son, so after calling them and leaving messages for several days with no response, I called my insurance provider and got him switched to Acorn Dentistry in Corvallis (they're absolutely amazing btw). I don't suggest anyone willing go to members plus dental. They're mostly incompetent.

Sketchy office and equipment. I question if the so called dentist is in FACT licensed DND or DDS.

Went there recently and had fantastic care. All the DA's were very friendly and easy on the eyes. Overall had a pleasant experience.

I'm having a hard time even finding words about this clinic. Outdated machinery and tools are one thing, the dentists are a whole other issue. The first time I went in was for an introductory appointment. I voiced my concerns to the dentist and all he had to say is that my teeth looked good. I haven't seen a dentist in over 8 years, I can guarantee my teeth aren't bad but they aren't "good" either. Upon my second visit for a cleaning, I was visited by a different dentist. He wore sweatpants and a sweatshirt, came in with gloves on, and repeatedly pushed his sleeves up with the gloves on and did not replace them before starting the cleaning. He then used those same gloved hands to apply the toothpaste with his fingers, and only cleaned the tops of my teeth, nothing else. There was no communication, there was no feedback on how my teeth are again, and its as frankly painful on multiple occasions. The hygienists were sweet and I'm sure can only do with what they are given, but the overall experience was shoddy to say the least. I was scheduled to have my wisdom teeth removed a week from my cleaning but I cancelled it and quickly called my insurance to let them know and to find another dentist. For what I imagine is a state run facility, where most patients are on state insurance, I understand limitations, but that shouldn't mean lack of care, especially when people who go there depend on it to be the best. I didn't expect a lot, but I expected better, and I'm sure other patients can agree. Not to mention in an age of fear with COVID and during the time of the flu, I expected sanitary practices, seeing as they are physically putting their hands and tools in the mouths of patients, and only putting masks on when patients arrive. This needs to be addressed and definitely needs to be better. Definitely don't recommend.

I went in for a simple cleaning and left with beyond sore gums and they even put numbing gel on my gums to prevent the soreness. 24 hours later and my gums are still very tender. Not to also mention I left with my entire face, chest, and neck covered in water and cleaning material. I was harassed during this appointment. Very unprofessional and aggressive.

Some of the most unprofessional and callous staff I've seen in a dental office. Not only do the folks at the front desk only bother putting their masks on after you've walked in the door, but I clearly expressed high levels of anxiety about the procedure I was there for more than once. This was met with obvious contempt and cold indifference by the receptionist, and met with open mocking of my anxiety by the dental assistant. Not to mention the actual dentist seemed overworked and disorganized during my previous appointment. After being mocked by the dental assistant, I canceled the appointment and was offered a referral by the obviously displeased, and frankly rude at that point, receptionist. I will instead be getting a new dentist hopefully with more professional and compassionate staff. avoid this office unless you want to be treated like garbage and made fun of to your face for being anxious about dental care.

Worst place i've ever had any work done. Dr. Baker is the must un- gentle dentist. I was first there and had a large cavity filled and he was shotty and didn't take the time to numb me up with any compassion. JAB JAB So a few months later I needed a cleaning. I figured it would be better and maybe I was just being sensitive ..... NOPE !!! Within 1 minute of being in that chair my body had jumped twice!! I THEN SAID IM DONE. !! Save yourself and go to a Dentist that cares!

Receptionist was very kind and put up with my crazy 6 year old with ease and race. The office was clean, everything was placed just as it should be for COVID regulations, and it had an overall good feeling about it.

Worst dental I've ever been to First appt over a month out(only did xrays) then scheduled me over 3 weeks out for cleaning Will literally be 3 months before any work is actually done Everything is done via text. I don't mind text but I watched the front staff not answering phones THEY ONLY COMMUNICATE VIA TEXT I would give zero stars if I could Honestly the worst dental clinic I've ever been to
