I've been a Melwood Family Dentistry client since 2017. My recent visit the service I experienced was attentive and exceptional. They're currently, are going through some renovations issues and was very apologetic. But, despite everything..The whole Melwood staff still provided a great service! Also, great job! Informing your clients for upcoming appointments which is a plus.

I absolutely love Melwood Family Dentistry. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs! They are always on time! The customer service is amazing! I've never had a painful experience, never! Dr. Patel is the BEST. He's gentle, caring, and best of all, has a great sense of humor. He makes you feel better when being nervous about procedures. Makes you laugh all the way through it! Great place! The treatment plan is always well explained to you with a complete summary making sure you understand the plan, the price and exactly what is going on during the process! Melwood Family Dentistry have been my professional Dental Providers for the past 9 years and they are and have been great in attending to all of my dental needs. They are very professional and courteous. I am extremely happy and satisfied that I chose them as my Dental Providers. God bless them.

I really like the dental hygienist here they have a lot of black staff but I really feel like they dropped the ball on my care plan for my teeth and I am not sure if I will continue to go here. I've been a patient for years but was very unsatisfied with my last visit. They aren't consistent with their patients and I feel like My teeth suffered the affect of it....ie: no periodontal charting for over a year and a half then telling me I need certain procedures. Very disappointing, expected more from this dentist that I've been going to for nearly 5 years. You have to keep track of your own exams here. I don't think I would recommend this practice to others--unless you only need cleaning and not full care for your teeth. Unfortunate but heed my warning.

I've NEVER had a subpar or negative experience at this office. Dr. Patel is very easy going in his chair side manner and very thorough in his work as well as in helping you navigate any necessary recovery. His staff is on point and trust me if you happen to come down with a cold, the flu or Covid...you certainly DID NOT get it from the Melwood Dentistry office! They are hyper vigilant about cleaning.

I've been receiving dental care at Melwood Family Dentistry for two years now and they have the absolute-best hygienists and dentist in the business. Their staff are extremely professional and courteous. They always cater to the patient. And did I say they have Saturday appointments for professionals who are challenged with fitting in appointments during their busy work week? Extremely accommodating.

My experiences with Melwood Family Dentistry has been amazing. The office staff is professional and courteous. The Dental Hygienist is the best I have experienced. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. My dentist has been awesome with me during all my procedures. I have not experienced pain before, during or after a procedure. I highly recommend Melwood Family Dentistry
