I had an appointment today at 10:30 and I was running 9 minutes late. I understand being late is my fault. I get all the way up to the office and they tell me that I have to be rescheduled because I was late and he already started with another patient. I have been on and off the phone with them because I am having problems that I've been on antibiotics for and they re-scheduled me for 3 weeks out. I am in pain and I walked out of the office crying because what am I supposed to do now? They couldn't even give me 5 minutes to tell me if I'm okay or not or help me solve whatever is causing me all the swelling and pain? I didn't deserve a simple phone call to make sure I was on the way? I was driving and couldn't call them to tell them I was running late. I'm so upset and in pain I've already been waiting 3 weeks for this appointment... not only that but in a phone call before I stated I'm allergic to augmentin and the tech said that's fine we will just prescribe you amoxicillin which is the almost the same medication... luckily I knew and didn't just take it. I'm super upset and disappointed and in pain and worried for my health.

Probably a great dentist but please go to an orthodontist for braces. We're reaching the end of my braces and the doctor told me "I wasn't sure we were going to be able to get that fixed" when in my initial consultation I was a perfect candidate. I was misinformed and disappointed in almost every one of my appointments. One wrong thing after another. I'm not even sure if I was the dentist because all I usually saw was Mae. You have to go in every ten days and once I got to 4 months I was told almost every time that I was almost done and reaching the end. I am now at 10 months completely regretting my decision to get "fast braces" because apparently I'm done and I'm clearly not. I requested to get them off and they scheduled me the wrong day and didn't find out until I sent in to get them off... the trust I had in them unfortunately went out the window after 3 months of seeing them.

I have had Dr. Melton as my primary dentist for a very long time. However, I can't even get a return phone call from his office. I have called 1-2x every month since December and if I could post a screenshot of my call log- I would. Really disappointed.

I had a feeling done about 2 months ago my tongue is still numb I've been trying to get into their office for them to see what happened and can't even get a hold of them and they told me first off to wait 6 weeks and if it's still numb then to come back now I'm getting no answers

At first, I was satisfied with the team and what they did for me going into surgery. After surgery, I mentioned a huge mistake to them on their part. They said it would get better and if not they would fix it no questions asked. Fast forward to present time, they did not stick to their word and tried to charge me even more money for a mistake that they knew was there from the beginning. After giving them almost 10 thousand dollars, they still tried to charge me more to fix their mistakes. They left me in discomfort and were not willing to work with me. Absolutely awful team. They're only worried about money. Do not recommend them if you are having major work done and want care and support all the way through.

Made an appt for a tooth to be pulled. I couldnt afford their $2300 for their dentures, they stopped my appt and didnt even pull the tooth i went in for. Still in major pain and having to look for yet another dentist. Thanks for nothing! Ridiculous i couldnt even get done what I went in for!!!! And they did NOT tell me they would not do anything on the first appt or i would not have scheduled an appt!

Melton dental is so flexible with my schedule. They work around my appointments and do everything they can to fit me in. They make every appointment comfortable and that are always in a wonderful mood. I actually like going to the dentist now.

Wow! Everything from A to Z in this office has a calm, comfortable, polite atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming. Dr. Melton clearly cares about his staff and has created a complete environment and culture of caring for their patients. I have most certainly found my new dentist. A+.
