She will guide you from the first phone call inquiring about orthodontics straight through to the amazing smile in retainers. When shes not helping Dr. Casey beautify smiles in the office, shes spending time with her Spider-Man loving 2 year old son and her husband. Scamp is a 3 year old English Cream Golden Retriever who loves greeting all our patients at the door. While often mistaken for a Yellow Labrador Retriever, Scamp is 100% full of Golden Retriever love. A little anxious about going to the dentist? Scamp will put you at ease and even hold your hand if you want (not that youll need it). While tennis balls and treats are his top two favorite things in life, Melrose Orthodontics patients are a close third. Allergic to dogs? Dr. Casey and the Melrose Orthodontics team are the folks to see if you want quality care and the job done right. It's been less than a year, and with a little refinement ahead of me, I'm already infinitely more confident with my smile. With such attention to detail, personal care from Dr. Casey and an extremely comfortable office setting, there's really no reason to go anywhere else north of Boston.

I have had an unbelievable experience with Dr. Casey. As an adult, it is hard to trust just anyone with orthodontics because you want to make sure you receive the outcome you hope for at this point in life. Dr. Casey did just that and more. She listens to your concerns and personal likes/dislikes, then takes those into consideration when creating a plan that fits you. On top of all of that Dr. Casey is easy to talk to and is super nice! I would recommend this office to any one of all ages. She can do it all! Not to mention, her waiting room is so chic and modern!

If you are in need of Orthodontic treatment, LOOK NO FURTHER!! From the first time my daughter and I stepped into the absolutely pristine office of Dr. Casey, I was sold. The staff is loaded with smiles, kindness and competency. Dr. Casey is truly top-notch and takes immense pride in her work. Dr. Casey took over my daughters complex case with ease. After my daughter was in treatment elsewhere for over 2.5 years with no movement, Dr. Casey course of treatment had my daughter out of braces in no time! My son started going there when Dr. Neal owned the practice. A year in, Dr. Casey took over the practice and we have seen constant innovation and change. I appreciate the extensive renovations and reorganization to make the place warmer and more inviting which puts the patients at ease. The electronic appointment system that emails the appointment as well as the reminder is more convenient. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I always feel comfortable when there. Dr. Casey has a lovely manner and is always happy to answer questions. Rowan has had a great experience with this practice! And a beautiful new smile!

I highly recommend Melrose Orthodontics! Dr. Casey is amazing with my son. He has Invisalign, which at the beginning was a bit challenging for my absent-minded 14-year-old - but with Dr. Casey's guidance and support (and patience), he is now doing great. The staff is amazing as well - they actually make visits fun. Very kind and supportive.

I am an adult who had clear braces placed today with Dr. Casey. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive. I had consults with other Orthodontic providers prior to meeting her and she blew them all out of the water. She was so knowledgeable and patient while we discussed options and concerns. Honestly, you can't go wrong with her and I highly recommend Melrose orthodontics! Lee, the receptionist was great too!

Since taking over from Dr. Freed, Dr. Casey has worked tirelessly to upgrade and modernize all aspects of the office. It has a boutique feel, with a warm, welcoming staff. Dr. Casey and her staff are outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone. My eldest was treated at another practice and I feel fortunate to have found this office for my younger two. They provide top-notch, personal service. I am so pleased with their care. Dr. Casey is compassionate and accessible at each visit. When my son had a recent dental emergency, I texted her for feedback, as opposed to his dentist, and she quickly responded with guidance. We have had an extremely positive experience at Melrose Orthodontics.
