Excellent! I can't recommend Dr. Melcher's office enough! Not only is he a brilliant Orthodontist who will give you a beautiful smile, but his staff is great to work with. When you have to deal with a staff regularly over a period of a year or more while you have braces you want a staff that's friendly, flexible and easy to work with. Dr. Melcher's staff is really top notch. The front office staff are always friendly and on top of the situation. Need to change appointments, no problem. They know who you are and what you are there for that day. It was so nice to deal with them I really appreciate their professionalism and general friendliness. Dr. Melcher also has really good technicians that know what you are going through and can minimize discomfort. They really make the whole braces experience as frictionless as possible. Some of the technicians have 25 years of experience and you can tell when they are working on you that they know what they are doing. It was a pleasure dealing with all of the technicians and I think I had every one of them in my 18+ months of braces. And finally Dr. Melcher's work speaks for itself. He is a very talented Orthodontist who knows teeth and how to make them look great. He is an artist and I am so glad I had him take care of my braces. I now have a smile that will last my entire life and I could not be happier with my investment. If you want the best smile possible from a friendly staff, look no further than Melcher Orthodontics.

I was BLOWN AWAY by my experience at Melcher Orthodontics. After not seeing an orthodontist for 15 years, my bottom permanent retainer broke. I'm not from here, so I had to find someone to fix it for me. The wonderful staff made time in their busy schedule for me every and single person I interacted with was SO KIND. They got me in out out quickly and made sure they were doing everything they could to keep me comfortable! Hopefully I won't need any work done for a while, but when I do, I'll be back. I would absolutely recommend to anyone! I chose them because they offered me the best price, but it was honestly a great experience all around and I'm so happy with my decision!

I needed some replacement retainers made- Dr. Melcher was great and the technicians and receptionists are all lovely!! My retainers were ready the next morning and I appreciated how personable everyone I interacted with was

I went to see Dr Melcher for the first time because, based on some issues I'm having with my teeth, I thought I might need orthodontic treatment. I' had orthodontia years ago but thought I might need it again because of some shifts in how some of my teeth align. The entire experience was five star and then some. The entire staff is incredibly professional and kind. Dr Melcher took the time to read the advance paperwork I had completed, and did a thorough examination of my teeth. He clearly described to me everything he was finding in support of his conclusion that orthodontia was not the solution I need. He charged me nothing for his time and assessment, plus his assistant gave me a brand new case for my retainers which I'd brought with me! I was honestly blown away. He could have told me I needed additional orthodontic treatment or at a minimum, new retainers, and I absolutely would have believed him. I cannot say enough about Dr Melcher's honesty and professionalism.

My 15 year old just finished up with braces from Dr. Melcher and it was so worth it!! His smile looks amazing! Dr. Melcher's team is the best. Super friendly, efficient, professional. My 2 older boys and I have all done orthodontics with Dr. Melcher and all had a great experience! Highly recommend

I just went to the dentist and would never miss an opportunity to make you feel guilty, this dentist gasped when he knew how many teeth were taken, four on top and four on bottom. 8 teeth. And apparently #12 which I no longer have is a big one. Dam that doctor melcher. grrrr. but no cavities

Overall I had a great experience getting my braces through Dr. Melcher and continue to have a great experience with my retainers. As soon as you walk through the front door you are met by two receptionists that have a smile on their face whether it's 8am or 4pm. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be taken back, which is a relief as I've frequently waited 30+ minutes at other dentists. The dental assistants are all very nice and genuinely care about the comfort of their patients. As far as braces go, Dr. Melcher's goal is to get you through the treatment as swiftly as possible. However, his top priority is making sure that everything is done correctly so you don't have to be back in half a year.
