We had our first visit for my 4 years old and we really like it. The doctor and the staff are very friendly and informative. I appreciate tour services immensely.

Brought my son to Dr. Stowers from age 4-7. Any work that needs to be done is scheduled individually so if they need two fillings you come back two different times. A cap that she put on my son became abscessed and although I haven't brought my son to her in about a year I called her emergency line to see if she would look at it because the current dentist he was seeing couldn't fit him in. She never return my call.

My daughters have been seeing Dr. Megan since she joined Dr. Cabot years ago. They absolutely love her and refuse to go anywhere else. There are not enough great things to say about Dr. Megan and her staff. They are on time, professional and when it comes to the kids they have patience, understanding and are treat them truly like their own. If you need a pediatric dentist this is your place.

Dr. Stowers has been taking care of my two kids since they were small. They are now 8 and 11 and we still go there. They do an excellent job and we are always in and out fast. We show up on time and we are promptly greeted and my boys are taken back into the office. I highly recommend this office since they are great with kids.

Besides the wonderful care and attention in office, Dr. Stowers's office is very responsive when having to communicate with other offices. Whether it be the orthodontist office needing records or the oral surgeon needing X-rays, they are always quick and responsive.

We Love Love Dentist Stowers. We have been seeing her four daughter since she was 6 months old. She is 4 now! Our daughter was born with a medical condition that affects her teeth and jaw structure. Stowers has always been a step ahead preparing us for how to best help our daughter. She has referred us to the best Doctors at U of M. She takes time with our daughter and makes the Dentist fun. We drive almost 2 hours just to see her. The hygienist are wonderful too and make getting her teeth cleaned fun. I wish I could have them do mine haha They do a wonderful job telling us what to expect in the future, what we can do now to help her, the front desk staff if always kind and prompt! Our daughter loves going to see Dentist Stowers and her team!

Both of my kids have seen Dr. Stowers for many years. She is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend this office to any parents looking for a pediatric dentist. Going to the dentist shouldn't be stressful, and this practice has always gone above and beyond to make my kids (and me) feel comfortable!

Dr. Stowers is a fantastic pediatric dentist. I'm very happy with the staff - knowledgeable and helpful with insurance questions and appointment scheduling. Dr. Stowers has been helpful with orthodontia recommendations and my kids are very comfortable at her office. Highly recommend!

Dr. Megan Stowers was the only dentist to call me back on a Sunday evening when my 2 year old had fallen on his face. He was bleeding from his 4 top front teeth. Dr. Stowers told me how to stop the bleeding (and calmed me down), and we had an appointment first thing the next day.

My kids were going to this office for long time, 11 years to be exact. Today we were 15 minutes late to the appointment and they wouldn't take us for my son's cleaning, their explanation was that they have other patients and they don't want to fall behind. They told me to reschedule and next available appointment was in June(7 months later). Unacceptable customer service! P.S. Make sure to check your bill, they always 'forget' to bill the insurance and I had to call them and remind that we have 2 dental insurances.

Note the number of reviews I've done... not a fake review. Brought my kids for about 8 years. Never had any issue before. Dr. Cabot (awesome) retired and Stowers took over... no communication of it. Hmm, odd and below expectations, but we had experienced her a couple times and dismissed it. History I received comments on how well they did. Both kids have had cavities filled before. Zero issues from my kids and positive feedback from doctor and hygentists. Issue They told my son he had a bad cavity to address this last time and so naturally was nervous. Minutes in the chair my son was crying and screaming. This was not typical for him. They told us to take him somewhere else for the procedure. Said he needs to be "knocked out". I'm still thinking it's a bad cavity and his nerves must have taken over... it can happen. But my son tells me they didn't like him asking questions and kept trying to shove the mask. He said it freaked him out. Now kids don't tell a the full truth but I've no doubt there is foundation and measure of truth in the story. Considering I'm only getting one side and the adults in this aren't talking... some more credence to his version. Fast forward to his upcoming referral. They didn't send the x-rays. And his other appointment he had... they canceled and didn't communicate. "But he can have his teeth cleaned with us," is the feedback. Dozens of visits, one incident (which seems sketchy) and to summarily dismiss him AND not tell us!?!? Cabot - 2 thumbs up. Stowers? Very clear to me why she quietly took over. BTW, he wasn't knocked out by his new dentist, tooth was taken care of, and was completed with no problems per the new dentist and assistant.

OMG, I dismissed the other review since it was the only negative review. We just moved to Detroit and I brought in my 4 year old who had a baby tooth that was being stubborn. It was causing my daughter pain when she chewed. Stowers was pleasant at first but her demeanor abruptly changed when she began to cry. With me in the room. Shocked! This is a pediatric dentist and IMO, has no business working on kids.

My 12 year old has been going to this dental practice since she was 4. We moved to MI from out of state and Cabot and Stowers came highly recommended from another mom. Dr. Cabot was very nice. Dr. Stowers is very nice. The front office is very accommodating. The hygienists are lovely. My daughter once had to have a baby tooth pulled (emergency situation). Dr. Stowers got us in first thing the next morning. She gave her some gas, gave her a shot (to this day she does not know she received the shot), pulled the tooth (absolutely no tears were shed). We went to Starbucks for an hour and she went to class (Elementary School) to show everyone her pulled tooth Dr. Stowers put in a plastic cup. Dr. Stowers and her team are wonderful. She also recommended and works closely with my daughter's orthodontist. My daughter loves going to the dentist because of Dr. Stowers and even wants to be an orthodontist because how wonderful her orthodontist is. I highly recommend this office.
