Dr. Jillian Medure not only brings years of education and training to the practice but also a passionate commitment to individualized care. Growing up, Dr. Medure always knew she wanted to help people, and decided on dentistry as a way to work one on one with patients to provide a health care experience they could appreciate and trust. Dr. Medure genuinely cares about her patients, so she treats them the way she would treat members of her own family. Her office takes pride in knowing that its the little things like kindness, respect, and compassion that make a dental practice great. Dr. Medure has been selected by her peers as one of Jacksonvilles Top Dentists as seen in Jacksonville Magazine (2016-2020).

Cindi received her training and schooling at Santa Fe Community College at Gainesville where she received an Associate of Arts degree in addition to a Certificate of Dental Assisting and a Certificate of Expanded Duties for Dental Assisting. Shes been working hard in dentistry since 1980 and has been caring for Medure Dental patients since 1989. Cindi is married and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons. She also loves traveling to new places, hiking, gardening, and following the Florida Gators!
Olivia graduated from Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2014. There she received her Associates of Arts and Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Olivia is a Jacksonville native who enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Patricia attended Florida Community College at Jacksonville where she received an Associate of Science Dental Hygiene and an Associate of Science Nursing. Her career in dentistry began in 1990. In 1996, Patricia joined the Medure Dental team where she enjoys interacting with our patients as well as educating and providing thorough and gentle care. Patricia is married with a son. She enjoys family time, working hard, going for runs, and gardening.
Hannah completed her Associates of Arts degree accompanied by a Certificate of Dental Assisting and a Certificate of Expanded Duties for Dental Assisting from Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2014. Hannah joined Medure Dental in 2014. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry including educating and caring for patients. Hannah is married with two sons. She enjoys family time, spending time outside, and reading.
Donna graduated from Florida College of Medical and Dental Careers in 1985. Since then Donna has continued educating herself over the past 35 years through continuing education classes and seminars. Donna enjoys educating and changing her patients lives by providing them with excellent care along with new and exciting technologies. In Donnas spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends as well as camping and traveling to new and exciting places.

I always LOOK FORWARD to my appointment at Dr. Medure's office. Who says that?! I do! The dental care is outstanding and every person there is kind, thoughtful and efficient. Dr. Medure is a knowledgeable, skilled dentist and she's a wonderful person. Make your appointment now!

I enjoy coming to Medure Dental for my regular cleaning because Patricia polishes my teeth to perfection. My teeth may not be as white as those folks on TV, but I know they are shiny clean. Thanks, Patricia.

Positives 1. Wait times are minimum to none (I've always made an appointment, I know nothing about if they do walk ins or have a walk-in policy etc) 2. Trina, who works at the front desk, is pleasant, professional and on top of things. I get well timed reminders, any communication that are needed are clear and accurate. 3. Regina, who works in the lab, is very knowledgable and patient. She took the time to talk through everything we were doing in the appointment and the Whys, but still got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. 4. Dr. Medure is very warm and personable and a good listener. I haven't had any procedures with her yet so I can't speak to that. 5. The hygenist who did my cleaning (I think Lauren? her name escapes me) was so knowledgable, and clearly loves her job. She was happy to explain what we were doing and why, had made this helpful graphic to show me what she was talking about, and was very attentive to my comfort. Negatives 1. I've only had a handful of appointments, and I've already been contacted due to a sudden reschedule. Not a big deal, but it stands out since I've had so few appts so far. 2. Prices seem to be higher than nationally reported averages for someone without insurance, although they aren't extremely higher

Dr. Medure and the staff are very professional and thorough. The facility is well-kept and located in a nice area. Every interaction I have had with this office has been extraordinarily smooth and went as planned without any problems. My initial visit was more thorough than any dentist I have ever visited. Expect to be asked many questions about what you need from them with regards to treatment, smile, jaw comfort, and more on your first visit. They will attempt to address every concern you raise with them.

I was a former Dr. Splane patient and while I have yet to meet Dr. Medure, I am sure that she is great and fantastic, but I always like seeing Dr. Splane and they have the best dental staff at this location. I recommend them to all of my friends, they always treat me like I am the most important client. I enjoy them so much, I recommended my wife to go there and while she has had more than her fair share of dental work in the past, they are able to work with her on a payment plan, for her work. Such a great office!
