But our biggest differentiator is due to the commitment, the strong effort, and the persistence of a women that never quit to dedicating her life and career to ensure her patients were receiving no less than superior results. That women was my mother. She passed away 5 years ago leaving behind her legacy, and a blueprint of how quality dentistry should be practiced all around the world, and thats what we practice. Our office is what it is today because of her.
Dr. R. Castellini has practiced cosmetic, holistic, mercury-free, and mercury-safe dentistry since 1998. His purpose is to share information about dental wellness with his patients so that they may make educated decisions about their oral health. Dr. Castellini has advanced training in neuromuscular dentistry and focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of TMJ. Dr. Castellini fully understands the important relationship of oral to overall health and realizes that you cannot be truly healthy without good oral health!
Dr. Castellini has devoted his dental career to practicing healthy, holistic, non-invasive, biocompatible dentistry. He is also a proponent of making the dental office occupationally safe regarding mercury, and he strives to protect the patient, the staff, and the environment from excessive and unnecessary exposure to mercury at the dental office.
Mercury Amalgam Silver Filling Removal (SMART)Dr. Castellini is aware that mercury vapor and dental infections can have a negative impact on the oral and overall health. Because of this concern, we focus on patient education and strive to remove mercury amalgam (silver) fillings in a safe way.
To accomplish this, Dr. Castellini is a SMART certified dentist (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique), which utilizes removal protocols based on recommendations of a number of prominent holistic dental organizations.

He is also a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), where he received extensive training in cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry.

I have been here twice for different procedures. I cannot say enough positive about this dental office. Even down to the way that he administers a shot of numbing is just more gentle and considerate than any other dentist I have ever experienced. He is so kind and compassionate. I love that his mindset is on a holistic level as well. All in all I highly recommend this office and I come here even though they do not except my insurance and I pay out-of-pocket. I would rather pay more for this doctor then go somewhere that accepts my insurance and receive lesser care. I love the doctor, I love the girls that work there, I just love this practice. On this last visit they actually squeezed me in to take care of a separate issue then what I went for. Honestly, that shows how much they actually care about the patient and not just turning us out as quickly as possible. Definitely go check them out! You will not regret it! I drive almost 1 hour to come to the dentist and I wouldn't change that.

Very friendly staff, responsible. Starting with the hygienist, the cleaning was effective, my gum was not hurt like other hygienists in the past. The dentist very knowledgeable, performed the extraction of amalgam, it was a success. He was careful, he used the right instruments for my health care, something I had been looking for a long time. He has a very good sense of humor and my appointment was pleasant. Highly recommended!!!!

I recently had to switch dentists due to location and quality and I stumbled across Dr. Castellini. I went into the MedPlex holistic dental clinic, and not only were they extremely fast (I went in within 5 minutes of both my appointments), but everyone was a pleasure to deal with -- from the x-ray tech, hygienist, receptionist to the dentist. My cleaning was great. Dr. Castellini really personalizes your care, takes his time and is very friendly. His knowledge is quite extensive and explains any issues he sees clearly, which I appreciated. I especially like that this is a holistic dentistry practice which takes a more conservative approach and is anti-fluoride which is a big bonus!

Highly highly recommend!! We were in Orlando for my oldest son's wedding and next oldest son's crown on front tooth came off. Dr Castellini's amazing front desk person helped us be seen the same day and was able to reattach the crown in less than 30 minutes! I wish I remembered her name, excellent customer service! Dr Castellini is very friendly and put my son at ease quickly. Do not hesitate to use this office and dentist!

Very good. For those that prefer no X-rays. Just sign a release. Did an oral exam. Told me everything he was doing in my mouth. Did a cleaning. Explained each move he made. I am the nervous type. The assistant polished and flossed my teeth. In the office maybe an hour. Just awesome. Thank you thank you thank you.

This is a high quality facility for those seeking the best Ortho care! Thank God for this place honestly, they love what they do and are actually affordable, not like other franchise-orthodontics(stay away!!!). If you're from out of town or if you're a local with an emergency and happened to find my review... you will NOT find many places better than this for orthodontics. Prices are reasonable and you'll walk out feeling 10x better! Better than you did driving around Orlando and finding no help. Make that appointment now, completely worth it and you will NOT regret it :)

I'm glad I found Dr. Castellini! He is very professional and honest dentist. Because I breastfeed my baby, I asked doctor to do the treatment without anasthesia. He was very gentle with the tooth and I barely felt any discomfort. His office is clean and he has very nice assistants work with him. I really advise you to go to his office for any dental issue.

I couldn't be happier with their services. From front desk Assistant to the Dentist Dr Castellini, they are all amazing professionals! I bought the Groupon deal by recommendation but if you ask, they can do the same price of the deal, so you don't even need to have a voucher with expiration date. I asked a lot of questions and they were all answered with patience and clarification!! You will not regret on choosing Dr. Castellini's office, he cares about his patients health and well-being too!!

Dr Castellini is amazing! I got 5 amalgam fillings removed. He took every precaution possible to insure that everyone in the room was protected from the toxins released from the mercury removal which are very poisonous. I did not feel even the numbing!! I have since taken my 2 teenagers to the practice and they too were treated with kindness and the utmost professionalism! Wouldn't go anywhere else for work on my family's teeth!

Dr Castellini is one dentist that i could truly trust He's caring and knowledgeable very kind and also generous ... with his holistic approach in dental care i feel i'm in safe hands ... he was very gentle with needle thanks God! I did my annual cleaning there with Vivian... she was also so gentle and i had a mirror in my hand seeing all the process when i felt a bit uncomfortable or sth... Dr. Castellini and the entire staff are absolutely incredible. This was my first time EVER going to a dentist and I just have to say 10/10 best experience ever. He thoroughly explained everything to me during my initial consultation and not once did he or anyone else try to pressure me into spending obscene amounts of money, every one was very humble and kind. This place is one of a kind. I'm so happy with the results of the cleaning I got done that immediately after leaving I wanted to go back and do it again! (Thank you Bibi!!) Definitely worth the visit!
